The back door clearly marked "Employees Only" is frequently propped open, and people who are not employees go in and out regularly. Certain members consistently enter through this back entrance, and while they may feel entitled or believe they have permission, other members also open the door for people -- which completely defeats the purpose of a restricted staff-only area. Anyone can buy a OneLife shirt and walk through that door. That's exactly why staff entrances are supposed to remain locked. This is a legitimate safety concern, especially for members who work out alone. There is a reason this door exists and a reason it's labeled employees only. If it's meant to be secure, it should be consistently enforced. Until this issue is addressed, I don't feel comfortable training here.

Not good for a 3000 mile race! I can honestly say after all of the years of belonging to and teaching at gyms, this is the first time I have seen a felt real results with less time, much less time! I am excited to think that at 50 years old, I may actually achieve the goals I set for myself in my 20's. Two of my Three children train at GoPerformance and both are now scholarship athletes! This is honestly one of the worst gyms I've ever been to that doesn't promote common gym etiquette. Literally about 90% of the equipment I try to use has weights left on them by the previous person. There's also no plate weight racks for proper organization so usually you're on a scavenger hunt roaming from machine to machine looking for what you need. If only staff put as much effort into keeping weights racked and organized as they do when trying to kick you out at the end of the night. They'll flash the lights on and off to let you know it's closing time. Extremely irritating when you're in the locker room and it suddenly goes pitch black while you're trying to get changed.

However, if you get a chance to use one of the two workout rooms, you'll be able to spread out more and have more privacy. One of the rooms is for group classes and has TRX, boxing equipment and kettle bells. The other room is used for spin class and has a wood floor. As long as no class is going on, you are free to use the rooms. I utilized Andrew's personal training. I enjoyed working out with him. He made sure to get a good sense of my abilities and challenge me each session. There are no lockers but I haven't had any issues with theft. It also helps that when I go there are only about 4 other people there. Parking is easy to access. The gym always appears clean and bathrooms are individual.
