I recently bought a used washer and dryer set from Expo. Once they were delivered, the dryer wouldn't power up and the washer leaked water. However, when I contacted them to resolve the issue, Lorrie was prompt and apologetic. She handled the issue right away and allowed me to swap my set for another (equally priced) set, no questions asked. They even delivered the second set to me for free. I felt like there was an understanding; I knew that buying used appliances could come with a few hiccups so I didn't hold it against them and Expo knows that selling used appliances will occasionally come with issues and deals with them accordingly. On a washer and dryer washer broke with in the first 2 weeks I had to bug them 2 months later to get my machine back and to look at dryer brought me a washer but it's not mine and never looked at the dryer when I called several times no answer and th washer stopped working 2 days after they dropped off there is so much more including pics and text's and screenshot DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM you will regret it read more

purchased appliances a month ago, stove top burner doesnt work and oven doesnt heat, was given some lame excuse as to why they couldnt hook up ice maker in fridge so I hooked it up myself to find it too doesnt work, washer takes 45 minutes to start and I never received the dryer I purchased. every appliance has been broken from day one and it took 3 weeks for anyone to return my calls. they were supposed to bring me loaner appliances today, but then called me last minute to tell me to come pick out appliances, I had to leave work early to come pick out appliances(which didnt make sense since they were already supposed to be bringing me loaners TODAY) I pick p it t the appliances almost identical to the current ones and now they claim to have to adjust the price, THEY WERE ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE LOANERS!!! worst customer service I've ever dealt with, and still left with a bunch of broken overpriced appliances read more
