As soon as my flight landed the driver was communicated with me. The driver even told me that my luggage carousel had changed before the airline did. On the way back from our cruise, same interaction just another professional well mannered driver. Both vehicles that I rode in were extremely clean. Now this does cost more than a Uber or Lyft, but factoring in time and not having to search for your driver, the extra cost can be justified. Our driver Darren met us at baggage claim and helped us get our luggage and took us to the car which was parked very close by in a special area. Even though our flight took a long time to taxi and deplane, Darren was very professional and kind when we finally showed up. After a long travel day, it was a treat to be taken to our hotel near Port Canaveral this way. The next week, after our cruise was over, Darren picked us up at the port and took us back to the airport. We arranged for 10am pick up but when I texted Darren at 9:45am saying that we were off the ship, he responded that he was already in the area and was able to pick us up then. We thought this was a great deal so we didn't have to drive. Aside from launching riders into the air as speed bumps were met as a personal challenge at excessive speeds, in a limo that probably should have been retired years ago. "Steve" seemed pretty upset when we declined to ride with him the next night asking why. My wife kindly stated "because you drive like you're qualifying". All week the proceedure after race was stand in the pickup line, first come, first served. After the 500, "Steve" was now manning the pickup line with a clipboard in hand. After 30 minutes, another person in line asked if we had put our name on the "list". Come to find out, today we were making a list to load the shuttles. We didn't have a problem with any other driver during the week, only "Steve". If I could give zero stars, I would.
