I have been trying to get this resolved for almost 20 days, but customer support has been completely unhelpful. No one has taken responsibility or provided a real solution. This was clearly an error on Uber's system, but I am the one paying the price. It is unacceptable to keep a customer's money because of your own mistake. I expected much better service and accountability from a company like Uber.
