At the hot station you can get your choice of the usual Chinese American chicken entrees and a little pork. The trays are frequently replenished and everything tasted fresh but with a bland institutional flavor profile. There are also a few non-Asian choices, like mac and cheese and pizza. I ate the chicken biryani, tandoori chicken, and curry goat. Everything was absolutely delicious and well seasoned, but not spicy. Tandoori chicken is probably one of my favorite things to get at an Indian buffet. Unfortunately, the pieces that I grabbed were on the drier side, but they were still tasty.
