I have gone to Express Car Audio every month for 1 year now. I've been a Smart Start client, and I'm so happy I found this place! Every time I walk in the door, I am greeted by my first name, and treated with kindness and respect. I truly enjoyed seeing and talking to Elias, who is usually the one behind the counter who greets you and helps you with whatever you need. The customer service is outstanding. The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I've never had to wait, they get me in and out for Smart Start calibrations and most importantly, they are honest people. I have no problem leaving valuables in the car, and handing the keys over to Miguel while he works on and in my car. I also won a $50 gift certificate there when KWIN was out front during the holidays! I was able to buy speakers for my man, but only after Elias spent a while explaining to me all the details I needed of what makes certain speakers better than others, and guiding me through all detailed information on speakers, subs, car alarms, amps, audio decks with screens, Bluetooth, and navigation systems! He took the time and answered any and all of my questions very thoroughly. It helped greatly! Also, he can work with you on pricing which is very nice. The store has an assortment of quality products at really good prices. I'm happy but sad that I have finished my Smart Start requirements, and I won't have to go there every month, but I know for a fact that I will go there from now on, for any car audio merchandise or installation service, or car maintenance thing I need. I have written about Express Car Audio in the past and the reviews fell victim to the YELP filter. I am hopeful this one will not suffer the same fate. I recently had a double din stereo installed in our 2000 F150 truck. While this might not seem that amazing, the double din stereos do not readily fit in this truck. It required the dash to be cut as well as other customization. To their credit, the owner and installer made it clear to me that such custom work was needed and that if done, the stereo or one like it would be my only option if I decided to change the stereo in the future. Simply stated the OEM radio could not go back in. After some thought I agreed. I knew the quality of the work at Express Car Audio from three stereo installations in the past ( as well as other work they had done [e.g. power door locks, under carriage lights and CB radio installation] on my Jeep and other family cars) and felt confident that all would be well. In fact, the installation was amazing. It looks like a factory install. Recently I visited my Ford dealership for some service and the service technician asked me about the installation. He was highly impressed with the work knowing the extensive work needed to make this radio fit. I should also share that the original quote was honored by the owner although it took about two hours longer than originally planned. I would recommend Express Car Audio to any and all who seek quality and integrity in a business. I will be back to them in the near future for a backup camera. All I can say is these guys know their stuff no matter how big of a project I brought in or how small of a project they always got in and out in a timely matter their prices are very reasonable I have checked several other Audio shops in the surrounding area and that's how I found this is the best one around great customer service great expertise in the knowledge of audio equipment and installation even when I had a small problem or a big problem with anything they've installed I've always taken aback and they've always been able to help me fix it or find me the right parts I need to fix it even if I had problems with previous install equipment that they have not done they also have helped me with really no questions asked whatsoever great place to go if you need any installation done or even if you need to buy some audio equipment they have everything you need I recommend the shop to all family friends and anybody I don't know I had one of my vehicles done here from window tint to in dash with navigation Bluetooth two subs and amps auto start alarm too way paging anything you need done I can't empathize on how great of the shop this is and how great their customer service is. On the recommendation of my mechanic I went to Express Car Audio for a security alarm and a backup camera for my new Ford pickup truck. Both the service and the equipment were superb. The backup camera for that model truck had not been released yet, and so (owner) Elias put in one that I was not happy with and after he found a Ford camera he installed it for no further labor charge. The truck had an ongoing problem (not involving these items) that ultimately went to a lemon law lawyer and the process involved removing the security alarm to see if it was part of the problem (it was not). Elias then had his crew reinstall the system, again at no additional charge, and both that system and the backup camera have worked flawlessly. There is another factor worth noting: all the people at Express Car Audio treated me like family, were honest and completely competent, and Elias has even called periodically to see how things are going. This is an excellent and most unusual business and I recommend it with the highest enthusiasm. read more

My experience doing business with Audio Express with the purchase and installation of a stereo in my car has been nothing less than outstanding. It is hard these days to find a business that offers high quality service at such reasonable prices. They've saved me a significant amount of money, time and gave me for my money a great product that i can rely on and joy. I found express car audio through friends and found them to be extremely knowledgeable, very skilled in there installation work, and very competitive in their pricing. They took time and explained my stereo options and did not try to hard sell me. They took the time to understand my needs and provided me with the stereo that met those needs. Read a few of the yelp comments about this business and I can't agree with them. I was given a price, compared several alarms and decided on the middle of the road alarm. They were not pushy. Eager to answer any and all questions . I was told a specific time to expect the install to be finished and relatively was on time. ( we needed a dash lamp)Also went above and beyond by replacing dash lights for me as they were in the dash to install the alarm. Done cheerfully and no extra cost. I know customer service and these folks clearly exhibited this to me this day. I'd easily recommend their products and services. read more

I had installed an Clifford alarm system on my truck 10 years ago at Express Car Audio and needed it to be temporary disarm due to my mechanic wanting to rule out electrical issues . I called Eli (owner) and he immediately said bring it in free of charge. Eli had his technician disarm the alarm with no waiting. Later that same day, I went back to have Eli connect the alarm with no issues or waiting. It is nice to know that after 10 years Eli continues to treat his past customers with great care while not trying to price gouge or charge extra fees. The owner is such a nice guy! Straight forward, up-front and no nonsense. We had a new touch screen deck and blue-tooth device installed in our SUV. He quoted us a reasonable price for the units and installation. The entire installation only took two hours and the devices work great! the sales person took the time to show us how to work the new devices and assured us that we could call him with any questions or concerns that we may have. These guys have been great on 2 separate occasions. First my 78 Chevy and they installed new alarm on it, quick and clean no problems. Secondly was fixing my crappy stereo install job and putting in an alarm on my 2004 Honda Civic. They ended up taking longer because of my dumb ass install was so bad and actually stayed late the day before a holiday. I am super grateful they were willing to stay late to finish, I know it was a pain in the ass and they were really nice and made sure I knew what was going on and even gave me a break on prices. These guys know there stuff. I have done business w them since they opened. I have done complete systems to auto start and they get it right the first time. I just bought a flip up in dash w bluetooth dvd sd card usb a/v. It's an awesome unit. I'm loving the hands free phone calls. Very reasonable on price for brand name equipment. You can go to a cheaper shop with knock off brand but you will pay for it in the end. To sum up, excellent service and great professional installers. I highly recommend them!!! read more
