First off. I want to say I feel very bad for my husband. He has been through so much. Back and forth with this place. This place is a joke. Their service is terrible. They are ridiculously unprofessional and their work is terrible at best. He has had to go back several times to have his stereo system worked on. And he shouldn't have had to go back. The work should have been done right the first time. I made a huge mistake of having them work on my Mini Cooper only to have numerous problems myself. They did not install a backup camera properly and we lost the back spoiler. It's a $400 part. But they probably got it from pick n pull. Whatever. But they did a terrible job and wiring and caused my wipers to fault out. Well. They severed the wiper wiring. What mess. After losing my spoiler I would never let them touch my car again. This place is a joke. Period. They are so unorganized. Their staff is rude. They try to get over on you but guess what. Not all of us are stupid. I do not recommend this place. At all. The installation service is great. The installers are very knowledgeable and will do the work correctly. The reason why I'm giving only two stars is based on the customer service. I was originally quoted one price on a specific model of radio, the sales rep even wrote it down for my boss. Then not even a week later the same rep tried to say he never gave me that price and that it was three hundred fifty dollars higher. I heard him say to the other rep on the phone how I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about because it was a different model he mentioned and that he would have never given me that price on that specific model. That really made feel bad because I would never make up a fake price for no reason. So the fact that the rep was denying everything he had quoted me just five days before really let me know when they're not honest people. I later found the paper he originally wrote the radio models and prices on for me and sure enough he wrote down the lower price for that model. I don't plan on going back to them because now I know they only set their prices based on how gullible they think their customers seem. read more

Took my bmw here for a radio job and they messed my car up and I lost all communications to my car and they said I would still have it. When my bf went to pick it up alarm went off and he call me to tell me my dash communication was gone and they hacked all my wires and I had to pay to redo my alarm $300 dollars. I spent over $1600 to get a radio put in and ended costing me close to $2,000 to get my alarm fix. Never will I ever go to them and guys out there don't take your car here because they are hackers they butchered all wires to my car. The African American guy that was there started yelling at my bf why he set the alarm off and he didn't do anything but unlock the car and he was arguing with him and he told him to take that piece of shit car out of the shop. They would not admit to their mistakes and actions of what damages they did to my car. Piece of advice guys do t go to them unless you want your car fucked up like mine. I bought a new stereo for my truck in December, just got around to using the CD player in April. The cd got jammed in the player. I called and asked what they would charge to fix it. The response was nothing, it's under warranty. Took my truck in to have them look at it, asked a question about adjusting the backup camera not expecting them to do that, but no problem, they adjusted it, and even showed me how to do it myself if I ever needed to. These guys are complete rip offs! Don't buy from them, if you do you should compare everything they try to sell you with prices on the internet. The guy at the counter was nice but a complete moron. He tried to sell me a system for my car for 2K and when I was going to leave he went down to $1600. It seemed like a deal at the moment, but he insisted I leave a $800 deposit even though they had all the items in stock. As soon as I left I got a bad feeling. I checked the prices for everything on the internet and found that they were over charging me for everything by A LOT! The deck was $999.99 and $450 on Amazon. I went back to have my deposit refunded and he said he couldn't do that without the owner's permission. I came back 2 times for that refund & he finally got the owner on the phone. He only tried to sell me more shit & basically refused to refund my deposit. I disputed the charge, but it was still a pain & they can't be trusted!!! read more

Adam at Sound Revolution replaced my Sirius radio because it quit working ; however he did not put a comparable one in my car. He installed a cheap radio in my car that had no rewind or pause. I told Adam that is not what I wanted and that I needed a rewind and he stated he'll order the correct radio and replace it at no cost. He said he would call me when the radio came in. I never heard back from him. I called weekly and said he was still waiting for it to come in. long story short, I had to keep checking back with him and he finally said he's going to charge me the installation fee to take it out and replace it with the correct radio. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with the service and the product. I never had my radio replaced because I'm not paying another installation fee and I will never go back to him. Also in the beginning, he said it would cost me $120 but then later he said he had to charge me $180. I found the same radio he installed in my car on Amazon for $39.99. read more
