Very pleased with the care I receive. if it's very busy in the morning, there is a wait. However, I always get the right medicine. the pharmacy is also right in the building. . I find the check in people very pleasant. Can walk inn or make an appointment which is convenient. read more

Stay away! This place is so horrible! The bring you in for blood work for your physical and make you come back pay another copay then tell you everything looks great. What a joke. They won't put your results on the patient portal u til you make that second appointment. I can see if something was wrong, but that wasn't the case. Will not return any calls or answer questions on the patient portal like other doctors do. The ladies at the front desk are super rude the ladies in the radiologist messed up my test results and decided to go ahead and say that it was the systems fault when you had till last Saturday morning to go ahead and put my lab order into the computer and they decided to think it was a good funny game to talk to me rude as hell when I tried to get answers yeah I don't recommend this place to nobody for no radiology no nothing. I only went here cause it was my last resort. 1st time visit Sunday for a physical for a job. A referral was given to me she got her physical and her forms all in one visit. Her forms were not her personal from a specific company she used the clinics forms that said "physical". I go I get the physical and a run around on the forms. They insist I need a Tb test I had all proof I did not need it and had 2 this yr 1 x ray which I was told can't be trusted and one from a hospital I work for done by them 6 months ago. And proof I didn't need it for this visit. So moving forward I was told if I didn't get it I would not get my papers. So whatever bully . I got it I went down Tuesday guess what no forms now it can be 2 weeks before I will see it . I want my money back I want to know who runs this shift show. 2 weeks this is for a job ! People bitch no one will get a job and beg for money ,but you do your part and people have to be Dicks about it and not fill there obligation what's the point of a physical if u have no prof. I went into express care of Belleview on Wednesday. They never told me what was wrong, just gave me medicine and said I should be feeling better by Friday. Well guess what, I am not feeling any better so I called them Friday. The receptionist said she would give the message to the nurse and have them call me back. Why does Yelp give the option to anything less than one, I was thinking maybe a negative 3. They are only here to scam its patients out of their money and to swindle money from the insurance. I m new to the Ocala area so I'm trying to establish doctors in the area. Drove 15 miles each way twice and they have done nothing. Trying to get meds filled and they don't want to help. Called them multiple times at least 3 times was told that my meds would be sent to CVS close to my house. That never happened. I called again and thy said I would need to come in for a urine test, which I had done less than a week ago putting me on hold several minutes, at least 10 minutes she came back and said that I would have to come in to see the doctor. So drove the 17 mile round trip again and sitting in her office fo over 3 hours waiting for the quack of a doctor to tell me she was going to prescribe my medication that I have been on for several years because she has received the fax from my old pharmacy. Why did I have to wast a quarter tank of gas and waste more than 4 hours? Why couldn't you just tell me over the phone. Plus the pharmacy has record that it was sent. I had them send it while I was in the parking lot. They don't have access to the fax over the weekend. WTF why does the practice not trust their own staff? My daughter brought my 2 year old granddaughter to this facility on 7/16/21 - Dr. Michael Riley REFUSED to test my granddaughter for COVID and stated my daughter was just a first time mom and it was allergies. We had a planned family vacation which included my mother in-law who is 76 years old. Needless to say we all got COVID cause this stupid doctor that DOES NOT take the time with his patients OR listen to the parent. We brought her back on 7/19 and DEMANDED a COVID test, his response was "okay, but she doesn't have COVID, it's allergies" - she had COVID, and on Wednesday we all started having symptoms. Let me tell you this "doctor" could've costed someone's life by not testing her. On Friday 9/17 my daughter took her back to the doctor (Mr. Michael Riley) for pink eye. He prescribed eye drops and instructed her to use them for 3 days. She started running a fever Saturday, we took her in and asked for a COVID test as her school needed it. He said "okay" and walked out. Did NOT look at her eyes, ears or nose and never came back. Today is day FOUR of her spiking high fevers. COVID came back negative today and now we have no idea what is wrong with this poor baby. She also has pink eye back, because apparently she was supposed to use the drops for 7-10 days. HOW CAN SOMEONE BE SO CARELESS WITH THIS?!! I have a call into the facility to talk to the gentleman that owns it. This is the absolute worst care EVER received. And the "doctor" should retire, cause he's HORRIBLE. read more

My wife was notified yesterday that a co-worker has tested positive for covid. Both she and our son who has special needs are showing symptons. She went to you now and you have refused treatment of my son who's primary care physician is listed for another facility, quite simply because you can not properly care for him as he has special needs. We said we would pay but apparently our 16 years of loyalty is not good enough for testing, unless we pay up front, that is paid for by the government for those without insurance. We will seriously be considering if this is where we want to continue with our medical care. read more

They accept our insurance which I feel, pays them very little - Yet they keep us on his patients. The car we get is very good and very thorough. I brought my 23 year old daughter here and they wouldn't let me go in the back with her even though my daughter wanted me to. They would not allow anyone back but the patient regardless of what the patient wants. Neither of us have a fever or COVID symptoms. So, I don't understand why. The nurse was very rude about it as well and would not listen to our reasoning for wanting me to be back there. My daughter was very sick and unable to advocate for herself. Anyone who has a medical disability should not go here. I would give this practice zero stars if I could. As a healthcare provider, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of punctuality, professionalism, and medical care exhibited by both Dr. Ice and Michael Crimi. I was told I would get time-sensitive paperwork signed on Monday when my child was seen and 4 days later I have yet to get the paperwork signed. The paper work is to be signed for a medical disability that is detrimental to my child's health and well-being. Already changed my primary care physicians to Marion Pediatrics, Dr. Pierre. This place should be called pony Express care also beware they sure know how to milk an insurance card I brought my lady there because of a pulled muscle in her chest/ribs She had a 10AM appointment 6+ hours later after drawings blood,x-ray and a cat scan they tell her she needs to go to their affiliates in Leesburg for a stress test and a heart ultrasound And that mule faced blonde at the reception desk.....what a piece of work At 2PM I asked how much longer will she be here She replied like i was bothering her and said they are waiting on a radiologist to look at the cat scan,that took 2 more hours They can do cat scans their but not stress test or ultrasounds what a joke,just another way for the doctors(,if that's what they are)to get their piece of that insurance money Also the outside area is filthy the benches are broken and in disrepair This place should be investigated read more

I have been going to Express Care of Belleview for years and never had a problem until now. I took my 4 year old daughter to get tested for Covid because my family member tested positive and she was in there presence the day before. The staff told me the results would come back within 2-3 days MIND YOU it was Tuesday which gave enough business days to find out. They gave me a doctors note saying she and I can go back to daycare/ work in 2 days and I called in almost twice a day to see if results came they did not. BY MONDAY they called me and told me she was positive and I left work immediately. The doctors should have gave me a note to excuse me until the results came in. Luckily I tested my daughter and she came back negative that day but now I have to take time off work to get testing done again and I will certainly NOT go to them for it. Now I have to drive all the way to GAINSVILLE to do a rapid test for tomorrow afternoon to make sure I have results and a doctors note. I will no longer come here. ALSO they denied my daughter for a rapid test for her there when I personally was there almost 2 weeks ago to get a doctors note and they gave me a rapid covid test and I was negative! I woke with acute deafness in my left ear after fighting laryngitis for over a week. This necessitated being seen right away. I found this clinic, and they take walk-ins. it was clean, the receptionists were professional, the paperwork was minimal, cost was fair, triage nurse was excellent, admitting nurse was great, and the male nurse practitioner was thorough, informative. Overall, and I am a trained RN, the Express Care Of Belleview gets 5 stars. read more

Staff needs to use a intercome for check in, triage and all other areas. You can't hear when they call your name. Then the staff gets upset when you asked did you call my name? I got here an hour early at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:30 a.m. appointment. Just to get test results back. The wait is too long even with an appointment. Both waiting rooms and fast track are slap full. Mike Crimmi is great. But this facility is in dire need of routine aduits, best practices and SOP (STANDARD OPERATION PRACTICES). My mother has been going here for 15 + years and at times I feel they run unnecessary/more expensive tests before ruling out obvious items first. I have missed so much work waiting here with her. Just to see Mike for 3.2 minutes, blood pressure check, urine and blood work every time. read more

I have to agree with many of the reviews already posted. I am a retired nurse, new to the area. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. I understand the Pandemic has increased work loads. But they never return calls, want you to come in for an additional copay to go over normal blood work. Wrote prescriptions that I had been on for years for 90 days without refill so you would have to come back in and pay another copay to get refills. What a joke! No TLC here. I will say a couple of the girls that answered the phone and insurance people were nice but nurses and Dr.Ice.....forget it. I'm still waiting over a month for a call back from Dr.Ice. I took my son to Express Care in Belleview and I can't sing enough praises. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We were new to their practice and we were able to be seen without any appointment. They have a cafe and a pharmacy right on the premises. We saw Dr. Andy - wonderful young woman. I felt very confident in her diagnosis and course of treatment. The prescriptions were sent to the on site pharmacy, we checked and only waited approximately 5 minutes for the prescriptions. Total time at their office was under an hour. WINNING!!!! I love them!!! Unbeleivable long wait here. 30 minutes just be called to fill out paperwork. Another hour to enter back room. Another hour for dr to come in. The place is old and dirty. I'm sitting in a sparsely stocked room with unknown bodily fluid stained on the floor. It seems there is only one doctor on duty as well. Understaffed? Probably. Ever coming here again? One week later and still waiting on a return call. I sat in the office for several hours last Monday and was told they were waiting on ins approval for CT scan. I paid my copay and then left at about 5:00. Tuesday I called Express Care and no one returned call. Wednesday I called UHC and was told they were waiting for information from Express Care (Belleview Imaging). I called each day last week asking for a return call. I finally called to get a message to the Dr and when the Receptionist heard my message of frustration with no return calls, she then had me hold and Belleview Imaging answered (guess you have to threaten to report them to get an answer). I told them that at this point, all I wanted was at least to drop off a urine sample or I wanted my $25 co pay refunded since NOTHING had been done and to ask the Dr to call me. Today, one week later, STILL NO CALL !!! read more

Being new to the area I checked with my insurance and this place was one available to me. I liked the name " express care" but trust me ,. This place is anything but express. 1st appointment 3 hours behind. 2nd appointment 2 hours behind . I'm currently in the lobby surrounded by people with the flu for 2 hours and waiting. I went in because I was vomiting and had diarrhea. Pa refused to test me for covid or treat my systems and told me to go to the hospital or I would die. Although I'm still not feeling my best, my sister which is also a PA believed I had covid and sent me some probiotics! I'm doing much better without being admitted to the hospital for unnecessary testing!! And guess what I'm still alive to right this review!! And they charged me the full amount did not treat me and said the cost means nothing if your not alive more that one time!!!!! Thanks for the bad juju!!! Negativity kills also by itself.
