Subpar car was even by automatic car wash standards. Clearly broke my passenger mirror, on duty staff acknowledge said damage but then turned it over to their nightmare management. Provided a cell phone picture of a computer monitor with my car covered in soap showing a dot of soap consistent with the rest of the soap saying it was damaged previously. Get real. Now having to take legal action against this place just to hold the accountable. HIGHLY recommend staying AWAY from this place. Pit Stop on airline is your better option in Laplace and will treat you well. read more

Horrible experience, after pulling out the car wash to vacuum out my car I discovered this car wash completely messed my paint job up. Scratches everywhere. I purchased the Express better wash which is 15$ so 15$ will turn into a 1000$ problem when I have to get a new paint job. I was extremely disappointed in the level of customer satisfaction at this business, their car wash ripped a piece of my trim off of my vehicle, I spent nine dollars for a car wash and had to spend 180 for the part that was damaged and completely ripped off the vehicle and unable to be put back on. The manager seemed easily to communicate with but he got his DM involved and the guy does not know how to run a business. read more
