There is a spacious area for the vacuums, but pro tip: use the vacuums on the side of the car wash for stronger suction. I like this place - I plan to return here regularly. I had no intent of washing my own car or wait in the heat for a hand wash by someone else. So I opted to try something new. This was my first time going through a drive thru car wash and I was pretty satisfied by the outcome. I got the express wash for $8 and there was an attendant at the machine to take my payment. The drive through for the express option took around 5 minutes and I was out of there. By the time I got home, I realized the roof of my car had some type of film still on it, but for the most part my car was clean. Overall, for the price, it was more than half the cost of paying someone to hand wash my car, and my car was pretty clean. If I need another car wash in a hurry, this will be my go to. Location is pretty convenient on Veterans and besides drive through, you can also wash and vacuum your own car. There are other packages/upgrades you can purchase. I think the most expensive car wash was $16 and vacuuming is free with washes.

The bad part was the dryers could have been a bit better. In fact, during the drying phase one of the water nozzles on the drivers side was still squirting water. We got a pretty good chuckle watching the car before get "dried". Maybe it just needs a bit of maintenance to get it right, I don't know. Overall if you want a quick wash to get your car clean give this place a try. I will be back. The owner reached out and seems very responsive and eager to get things remedied and that is a good thing. I wish all owners cared about their business this much. Its refreshing.

I found On The Spot through a Google search, and decided to give it a try because it's close to my work. I called and spoke to Tyrone. I think he's the owner, and he was very accommodating about getting my car scheduled quickly for a simple exterior wash. That particular service isn't listed on their standard menu, but Tyrone quoted me a reasonable $50 to hand wash and vacuum. When I arrived at my appointment time, I was promptly greeted and invited to wait inside in the AC (thank God) while my car was washed. I left my car where it was and went in. The waiting area is simple but comfortable with a TV playing some recent NBA game. It wasn't long before I was being called back out because my car was done! It was surprisingly fast, and my car looked great! I had even asked if they would apply a tire dressing I had brought myself, and they did it with no problem and no extra charge. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and value of On The Spot, and I'll be using them for my regular car washes. I think I'll explore the detailing at some point too. For some people, this wouldn't be too bad, but considering I travel up and down the US at least twice a year and have two dogs who love to shed, it was a pretty big ask for anyone to tackle that interior. Was it more than I wanted to pay? Yes. Did it need it, and so I agreed to it? Also yes. I called and was able to get in the same day that I wanted to sell the car. It took almost an hour and a half to really get in there and get it all cleaned out. However, everything looked so beautiful when it was completed. I brought a book with me to wait in their nice, air-conditioned waiting room. I'm not going to say that the car looked as good as new, but after 11 years with two crazy dogs and 154K miles? It was pretty damn impressive. The guys there were great, and the service was well worth it. I even got top dollars for my very old car. Thanks, y'all!

The whole interior was sparkling. The pics attached are to show the carpet and cup holders since most places don't do those well. Spotless at Soft Touch Carwash. I am now - after this first time - going to be a returning customer. Economical price too at $50. Convenient location too. I've used their softwash Carwash before too for drive through exterior many times. And it too is very good. Comes with access to free self-vacuuming. I paid $995 for an emergency car detailing on Saturday evening due to a passenger who vomited in my vehicle out of the door. (photos attached. Caution, vomit...) As you would expect, the damage was minor because most of it was outside of the vehicle, only getting on a small part of the seat and the floor. I agreed to pay the sum because it was 6pm on a Saturday and Shameez was the only business listed as open on Google. The person they sent out to do the did a fine job, despite not finishing the cleaning and requesting I call him directly to schedule the second half of the cleaning. During the follow-up call, their manager told me the $995 was JUST for the vomit cleanup and nothing else. Everything else was done by the person they sent out as a "bonus." when during our original phone call, the vomit was just the "first priority", and never was it expressed expressed the rest of the car was not included at all. I told the manager on the phone that I was unsatisfied with the experience I had. He said there is nothing they can do because I only paid for "vomit cleanup." He then threatened, ver batim "we will sue you." when I said that I was going to leave an unbiased review of my experience. He pulled up my address and read it out over the phone back to me, threatened to send a legal notice in the mail, and said that his people will be in contact with me.
