The brushes destroyed my tri paint on my 2022 Buick Enclave Avenir. I took the car in spoke with the supposedly General Manager, who told happens when the brushes detects embedded dirt. They will run your car through with no soap. Charge you twice for one wash and sign you up for monthly membership without your authorization. I had to cancel my debit card to keep them from making unauthorized charges to my account. They are crooks and give poor service. read more

This is the WORST Frank's car wash I have ever been to. When I bust the Frank"s in Ladson. SC very professional but here on North Road here in Orangeburg, SC the service SUCKS. I have the monthly membership so I can go once a day to wash the pollen off my car. As you pull up the kid sprays the front of your car but the not the back so they do in Ladson. When I asked him about that he he was not required to spray the back of the car. When I asked to speak to the manager he attitude was like I don't give s damn just move on. The next day I stopped to get that pollen off the car again. When the kid went to the back of my cat to apply the tape to my back wiper blade he saw the one left there the day before so it didn't have the courtesy to remove the old tape and put s fresh tape on the blade to make it would be damaged during the car wash. They need a better customer service staff there that want work and care about their customers because st the end of the day without customers they would have no job read more
