We have 3 dogs, so you can imagine what our floors are like, despite us having a clean home (that's 12 paws with claws!). Our carpets turned out SPECTACULAR, even the dogs spots we couldn't get out... he is very knowledgeable about stain removal and carpet pH. Our wood floors are SUPER shiny! I've scheduled three cleanings with Roberto and Rosie. The first cleaning went very well. The price was fair, the cleaning job was excellent! The second appointment did not go well. They showed up 4 hours late, turning my hour lunch break to let them in into a half day of waiting. They called each hour, informing me they were in the car and on their way. Clearly was not the case until the final call. When they finally showed up, they rushed through the job, taking half has much time and cleaned half as much as the first visit, overlooking cleaning the bathrooms altogether. Instead of adjusting the bill, they charged just as much as the first visit and promised to make it up to us the next time. The third appointment was scheduled for today. Again, I went home expecting them at 11:30am. I called Roberto 20 minutes after our scheduled time to find out he had forgotten about the appointment again. He told me his 'regulars' have a habit of calling to remind him 30 min before appointments since he typically forgets or finds himself too busy... something hard to believe since it was Roberto who set the time and date for today's cleaning.
