This is BY FAR the worst company I have ever used! I told them I wanted to schedule a cleaning quarterly and they started sending guys every month without contacting me to confirm or even set up a date or time. When they began showing up without me scheduling anything, I sent them away and canceled their services all together. Then, they showed up again the next month! I sent them away again and emailed the company once more reminding them that I did not want their business. I have been using Juan and his team for many years now. At first I was shocked to see that SB Pacific had no Yelp! reviews, but as I think about it, it's because they concentrate on doing a great job on carpets and windows at a fair price, more so than marketing. They do the carpets at both the Granada Theatre and Santa Barbara Maritime Museum. That should tell you all you need to know: two beautiful venues that see a ton of heavy traffic. I was a manager at both facilities and always appreciated the fine work, price and service. I now have them keep my van clean for my new tour business.
