I contacted Fresh & Clean SB with other cleaning companies through Yelp. They were the only one able to reply fast to my detailed email, with a price, when every other company would ask me for pictures, visits or more and more details. Appointment was set up, and a team of 2 ladies showed up on time with their equipment. We went through the house to confirm what I was expecting from them, and how they will proceed. I was impressed by their dedication to detail, and none of their products left any smell in the house. They brought back-up to do all the windows, inside, outside, screens and blinds. They worked methodically, from ceiling to floor, and asked me to check on the job done inside the house before doing the outside. I was very pleased with the service, ladies were discreet, didn't spend their time talking to each other, emptied the trash cans when leaving. I will definitely recommend Fresh & Clean SB! read more

I hired this company to do a "move out clean" when I was selling my condo. They did an excellent job. Disappointing. Very quick response to my inquiry and was able to send a "team" out very soon. Said "team" showed up in a sketchy van, a mom and daughter of sorts who looked like they literally just rolled out of bed, wearing their Sunday-Im doing remodeling in my basement worst. I was confused if they were even the right people, they didnt look like professionals at all. I tried to direct them, ask if they needed help carrying their things in, they seemed bothered that I was speaking to them since they spoke minimal english. Equipment (shop vac & enormous garbage bag of old rags) looked like it was decades old and found at the goodwill. Ok ok not totally discouraged yet. I paid extra for a deep cleaning. They were fast, finishing in 2 hours. Did nit get a deep cleaning, hardly reached a standard cleaning. For ex. mopped the floors but didn't bother to scoot the small couch in the middle of the floor over to get the area underneath. Kitchen cabinet doors left completely untouched. They did a good job cleaning the inside of the fridge, after I pulled everything out for them. But a pitiful excuse for a deep cleaning. If you just need a brief glance over, go for it, if you need a thorough job, go elsewhere for sure. $150 for a deep cleaning of a 3 bed 2 bath house, but they didnt have to clean the bedrooms per our request. Not that they would have accomplished much seeing their service of the other rooms. The women didnt even know what I was supposed to pay them. Le sigh. read more

Went above and beyond! We are 6 college students living in an apartment in Isla Vista, and needed the magic touch of a cleaning service. We have mold growing in one of our bathrooms, and asked if there was anything they could do. I expressed that it wasn't a big deal if not because I knew that was a lot to ask and could potentially cost extra. We came back home upon completion and they were so excited to show us that the mold was completely gone. It was abosutely amazing and they did it just to help us out. The job the cleaners did today was absolutely phenomenal. I appreciate their hard work and the fact that they took their time. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars here is because they showed up without masks on, even though we are in the middle of a deadly pandemic. When I asked them if they had masks, they said no. This made me think that they're accustomed to cleaning homes in the pandemic without masks on. That made me very nervous, especially since the service I am paying for is cleanliness and sanitation..... so shouldn't cleaning services be well aware of how important it is to wear masks when entering peoples' homes? My husband and I had our masks on for them. And we gave them each a mask to wear and they kept them on the whole time they were in our home. Even more confusing is that this Yelp page says "masks required". I will use this cleaning service again in the future but word to the wise - have masks ready for the cleaners. read more

Requested a "deep clean", but did not get that at all. The baseboards weren't even wiped down, and the picture frames and glassware I had on an open shelf were not removed and dusted/wiped down. Instead, it seemed as though they just glossed over things, and fluffed up my tissue boxes. Be clear with them as to what you want, and understand what you are paying for. Honestly, I have had many different house cleaning services through the years. I have been using Fresh & Clean for the routine cleaning of my home for about 6 months and I could not be more pleased with the level service. Having my home cleaned is definitely a splurge so finding cleaners that are reliable and consistent is important to me. Chris and Andrew are always prompt to return phone calls and super accommodating. If I ever have a special request for the cleaners, outside of their normal routine, I just them give them a heads up and it's taken care of. I have tried a couple other cleaning services that just weren't worth the expense. Fresh & Clean is by far the best, easiest to work with and their pricing is quite reasonable for the high level of service they provide. I would highly recommend trying them out! read more

We have had them out to our house four times now (two different houses), and have always been thrilled with the results. They are flexible with setup, trustworthy, and do an excellent job cleaning tough stuff like hard water stains, ovens, and bathtub mold. At 8 months pregnant, I just physically could not get the house as clean as I wanted it to be. They listened to my requests and got everything done so professionally. I will preface by saying I was offered a refund, however my house cleaning did not go well. I was in a hurry to get back to work so I did not thoroughly examine the house before she left. The next day I discovered that very few surfaces were dusted and there were still dust bunnies and dirt on the hardwood floors.
