I went three times last week to this outlet store and spent more than $300. Few of the things that…read moreI bought didn't fit my kids and grandkids so I went back to return them or at least exchange them. Sadly my little Yorkie that gets into everything, rip off my receipt so I went back to the store and explained that to the manager when he asked for the receipt. He was really rude and told me that there was just one transaction at their system so they just gave me $20 back to my credit card and a gift card for $30. So I still have merchandise for $250 that Eddie Bauer won't let me exchange or return. I tried to show the manager the charges from Eddie Bauer on my Bank account and he said that he didn't care about those charges, that if I didn't have the receipt they wont do returns or exchanges. This store should have a HUGE sign warning the customers NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT A RECEIPT ! I won't go back. I feel mistreated and cheated.

I felt cared about here and the manager offered several options as I tried a variety of clothes on. Many of which I wouldn't have chosen for myself but having someone get you out of your comfort zone is so nice! I love the style of clothes here, I'm not 21 so I need casual clothes that can work for home and going out with my husband and/or son. They have to be versatile and not being worn by everyone I see. Evereve really fits the bill! I feel modern and comfortable but stylish. I also feel like it's about the little details here. The shopping bags are beautiful, they take care in wrapping your purchase with tissue paper and put your receipt in a cute envelope. Only downside is that they have sizes 0-16. It would be nice to see a wider range of offerings in store, as some brands that they sell only go up to certain size- like a 14 pant or a large (no XL). Many brands are becoming more size inclusive and to not do so by a woman run company, is a shame. Hope that can change down the line at some point. Still 5 stars for me!

Bless Joan at the Aspen Grove Evereve store for picking some great clothes for me. She saw me…read morewandering bleary-eyed through the racks and I almost burst into tears when she asked what I needed/was looking for! She spent the better part of an hour selecting and sizing outfits, shoes, and accessories for me (I haven't shopped in so long I was down 2 pant sizes from what I thought I was wearing....), all the while the rest of the staff managed to keep my 4 year old entertained. I did stop by the Cherry Creek store in December but I didn't see much I liked at the time. Not sure if they were between inventory or what, but I was definitely pleased with my visit to the AG store and I will definitely return. 1) Don't be afraid to bring your kiddos - there is a play section in the back corner of the store with toys and they also have goldfish crackers in case your kiddo gets a snack attack 2) Let them choose outfits for you! I'm a horrible shopper and always think I know what would look good on me, but they are the pros so let them help you out. Go in, have fun, spend money, get some clothes! As with any retail store, you can definitely spend a lot but Joan was aware of my budget and helped me find sale stuff in addition to regular priced stuff. Good luck!

Fitting rooms are located in the back right of the store. Upfront at the registers you'll find a few fragrances and random jewelry/accessories. Sometimes a random fedora but generally small necklaces. Located directly across from their sister store Gap. They have free WiFi and share similar prints and styles. Banana Republic just focuses on more dressy clothing and is at a higher print point.

Banana's styles are timeless and you don't have to worry about what you buy going out of style. I have clothes from Banana that are over 4 years old, that I still wear. They look almost as good as the day I bought them. Sweaty pits doesn't help. Dress shirts are worth the over $50 price tag because again, the styles and colors work across seasons and the years. I can't say enough good things about their suites as well. I've owned several and am impressed by the construction the fit and again, the timeless styles.
