Saying things like "well, if you take your sweater off, you'll have a 3 quarter sleeve under to hide you arms...which I know you are insecure about." Honestly, wtf. I interjected and told her she looked beautiful because I could see that she felt mortified. Later, that same man came to check on me and asked what I was looking for. I told him that I was new to the plus size world and he said "oops. Up a size! Well...it happens to the best of us!" WTF!!?! Never going back.
