There were stains…read morethat he couldn't sand out so instead of replacing 40 boards that would have cost an additional $800 he said we could stain a nice dark walnut that would then blend with the stains leaving a beautiful floor behind for only an additional $200 and it was well worth it. The floors are more beautiful than I could have imaged. I cannot wait to get the new paint and trim!
