The maintenance men are always friendly when they come by, but they slack on fixing necessary things, but I think they'd be more willing to help if management would let them. Ladies in the office claim that they can help, but often don't do much more than smile and tell you they'll see what they can do. Kim is the best office staff they have, so if you want a chance at getting your stuff fixed, ask for her! Prices are fair enough for what you're offered quality-wise, but I've rented better for slightly more. 2/5 stars

The closing was within 30 days, and simply could not have been smoother. Stacey as well as another associate Shelly were always available when any questions arose during process. The closing went smoothly as well, and Stacey even showed up for that which I appreciated. Then 1 month after the closing I was dealing with a situation with my new Mortgage company due to a property tax re-eval I asked for. Not fully understanding what the mortgage co. was telling me, I reached back out to Stacey and Shelly and ask if they could look at the documents concerning the matter. Shelly was right on top of it and shared the problem with Stacey as well. They reviewed the documents and had questions as well so they did a 3 way call with me and the Mortgage co. I thought it was resolved after that call. Well, a few hours later Shelly called me and said that her and Stacey still felt like something was off with the Tax issue and they had actually been making phone calls and working on it long after I thought it was done. Shelly said they called my insurance company in search of an answer. Well that is where the answer and a check I was owed lies. Shelly and Stacey went above and beyond and I am so grateful for that.
