My wife was trying to contact out local overhead door company but was having trouble with the I phone and when entering our Overhead local company she heard the phone dialing a number of which she did not recognize and handed the phone to me while I was driving and this is a big No No so just as it was answered I hung it up. About 15 minutes later we were back at our residence again when she received a call from an unfamiliar number and it was a rep. from Adkison Overhead door company and I indicated I was not familiar with the company but not really wanting to contact our local ODC for due to current business practices we found unacceptable I listened to his conversation and subsequently went forward with an appointment which was completed at the specified time and day. Their tech took a look at the door which was jammed in due to broken bearings and supports. We did not ask for a price but to repair this one and as he was here to take a look at the other one as well. Lots of repairs ensued and performed by a highly qualified, professional technician with no dallying around during work performance. Tech had all the required parts on-board as well as all tools necessary. Task was difficult and quite time consuming. Tech left our residence about 9:30 P.M. this evening with doors repaired and additional upgrades made regarding roller replacements with Teflon rollers, much quieter now and very smooth. Great job, really enjoyed the competence, professional and friendly technician.
