Our garage door spring failed on us. And we recently had the spring replaced. However, our garage door was dented as a result of that spring failure. We saved up and got the money and did pricing on what we thought the garage door would be to replace it or repair. We lined up about four contractors to come and give us estimates so that we could continue saving money if needed. LRD was the first one to come and check out our garage door and they were local to us. At first, we declined them to come because we had already lined up two other people. But we were very fortunate that they came and they were the first on site. They were so affordable. We were shocked about all that they did for the price that they quoted us. Please do not send a payment through cash app to this company LRD. Let me start off by saying back in December I decided I wanted to get a screen door on my garage so I contacted this company. They came out and did measurements twice. The measurements were wrong so then Ray asked us if we wanted to get our money back(2,188)we said yes. We were told that it was coming through cashapp as a return. We waited a few days didn't receive anything. I contacted him back. He contacted his company. He said that they were gonna mail out of a check. I asked him for the managers name he said Joe he sent me the number I contacted him. Joe told me that he was gonna have a check sent out to us Back in February. We have yet to receive a check from them. I've been going back-and-forth with them for several weeks through text messages and have yet to receive my money, I went so far as to do a dispute through my bank. It was denied because after they talked to the merchant and was told them that we received the money and we have not received anything from them nor have we received any merchandise from them. I sent my bank all the text messages that we received back-and-forth. As of Monday I was told that they canceled the check since we hadn't received it and we were gonna get the payment but guess what nobody's calling me. Nobody's giving us our payment as of today still. I have all the text messages between Joe and I I have all the text messages between Ray and I letting us know that we were gonna get our money back but guess what this company hasn't given us anything back and it's $2188 since February we should have already received that payment back. I tried contacting the owner/manager or whoever he is by the name of Joe. He keeps putting me to voicemail. I sent him text messages.
