The day I went in for sizing it was extremely busy. To expedite the process, the guy handed paperwork asking for my information. I quickly filled it out as a formality and eventually was measured. On this paperwork is the only notification of the late fee, as the worker informed me after the fact. That they have a late fee is not a problem. The problem is in the fact that they don't tell you about it. I was NEVER given a due date for my tux. They assume that I assume that the tux is due the next day. A best business practice would be to make the return policy as transparent as possible. By providing me with documentation when I leave, or at the very least, verbally asking me if I understand the return policy and the late penalties associated with tardiness. Lastly, that late fees increase per day that it is late. Why not call the renter on the 3rd, 4th or 5th day the tux is late? Because they want to milk that late fee for all it's worth....A BUNDLE!

He told me it wasn't free and I had to pay $20 for the appointment if I didn't want to rent or buy, WHICH IS FINE, it was my fault for reading misinformation, but the way I was treated when I told him what I read made me feel like I wasn't welcomed there. Again, it's my fault for not reading the right info but he didn't have to talk to me that way. I hope I never have to come back.

It's 2033...I assure you, it's not that absurd for a woman to purchase a suit. Perhaps they profiled me because I was in my comfy clothing. Customers walked in after us and were greeted appropriately, even offered help. My partner and I were met with stares and employees chatting with each other. Instead of simply pointing us in the right direction, she stayed with us for at least another hour and a half to help my son find everything he needed. She sized him for a suit, helped us work through different fits and styles, and stayed with us as we selected a suit, at least six pairs of pants, four or five shirts, two ties, socks, and more. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. My son was becoming quite overwhelmed by all of the choices, and Brenda recognized that and made the experience manageable for him. Without her help, we genuinely would have struggled to get everything accomplished. Employees like Brenda are what make customers want to return to a store. Staying that long after her shift to make sure we were completely taken care of was far beyond anything we expected.
