I really like the customer service as well and plus they have a nice landmark movie theater inside and a lot of restaurants. Just FYI, the Saks Fifth Avenue store is closed but they have enough stores there if you want some nice designer stuff . They also have the cheesecake factory there, and other good eateries that you can choose from in a very nice food court as well.

When I was in Friday they were in the process of switching over to fall attire. Lots of gorgeous blouses and dresses in fall colors, florals and jewel colors with sunglasses, jewelry, booties, hats, scraves and sweaters to accessorize that new outfit. I received a warm greeting as I entered the spacious shop. Since it was my first visit the young lady explained where each size group was located from small to plus sizes, and where to find different accessories. I always enjoy a store that I can go directly to my size and not waste time. Each area was organized well and easy to shop. Love the barn door dressing rooms too. A great spot where you can build a stylist outfit head-to-toe quickly or grab a few items to update an existing piece. I look forward to returning soon to browse the new items.

I showed up today after a very long drive already in a mediocre mood. I went up to the front desk to ask about a Facebook Marketplace agreement I had made for a sofa set and the price, only to find out there had been some miscommunication. At first I honestly thought I might have been scammed, which instantly put me in a terrible mood. I definitely huffed around and complained about how far I had driven while trying to sort it out. Long story short...the Facebook Marketplace dealer was not a scam at all. We had simply misunderstood which pieces we were talking about. Fast forward to the end of the visit: three employees (two gentlemen and a woman / I'm sad I didn't get their names) helped me load everything and went the extra mile in every way. They were incredibly kind to me... even after my less-than-great attitude earlier. I tipped them and apologized for being grumpy, but I have to say I left there genuinely believing in people again. They handled the situation with so much patience and kindness. Very cool experience. I'll absolutely be back (with a better attitude!) and I'll be paying that kindness forward. One of the coolest things they had on this St. Valentine's Day was a "Bloom Box" (I think that is what they called it). It was several bins filled with gorgeous wildflowers and you could hand-select the flowers of your choice. They also had a table with butcher paper, twine, shears and tape so you could wrap your bouquet with thoughtfulness and love. I had so much fun picking wildflowers and accompanying greenery to craft the perfect bouquet. I typically only come in during the holidays because they have such unique items that are not available anywhere else. I tend to find some kind of special item for my daughter's December birthday. I especially love the cute bags they use for your purchase. I decided to get a latte today and sit and enjoy the little space they have ... bonus points for not having a room full of people using their space for office work or it looking like the coffee shop we tried yesterday. Very nice ambiance and the sunlight makes that room so warm and cozy. A nice array of books to just look through. I enjoyed it very much! Maria made my latte, she was very sweet. I even was able to try the graham cracker ice cream which was delicious! Definitely going back for that! I purchased a couple little trinkets, and looked at all the different items.
