What made the situation worse is that this employee chose to approach my daughter when I was not around instead of addressing me directly. That behavior felt petty and unprofessional, and it created an uncomfortable situation for my daughter. As customers who spend roughly $200 per month there, we expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Because of this interaction, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, this experience left such a negative impression that I will not be returning.

I picked up my dresses on Monday and didn't try on until next few days. I was trying to determine if they were done as I needed them. Two dresses was fine by the third one wasn't. I went back on Wednesday to re-do the one dress but after showing them the problem they wanted $19.00 to re-do the sleeves.
