There is a 20lb minimum for drop-offs and they provide a form for you to fill out with all necessary details. For convenience, this was a nice option, and all the clothes came back clean and folded neatly. An employee also offered to bring my laundry to my vehicle when I picked it up, which was very nice. I was reticent about using a laundry service, but I highly recommend using Sud City.

When I contacted them, they brushed me off by saying they'd "tell the girl," and then claimed she went on vacation. As for the missing items, they only told me they would "look for them." No accountability, no urgency, no resolution. To make matters worse, they lost expensive items, including a $425 hoodie. What I got back was one giant mess of wrinkled, mishandled clothing, far from the professional service they advertise. This company showed a total lack of care, accountability, and respect for their customers' belongings. I would strongly warn anyone against using Clean Clothes Depot unless you want to risk losing your clothing and wasting your money.
