Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a laundry service. I sent over 300 pounds of clothing and even spoke with the owner beforehand to confirm they could accommodate my request for returning items properly organized. Instead, my clothes came back a complete disaster -- some were still dirty, others were ruined, and I am now missing a significant amount of clothing. When I contacted them, they brushed me off by saying they'd "tell the girl," and then claimed she went on vacation. As for the missing items, they only told me they would "look for them." No accountability, no urgency, no resolution. To make matters worse, they lost expensive items, including a $425 hoodie. What I got back was one giant mess of wrinkled, mishandled clothing, far from the professional service they advertise. This company showed a total lack of care, accountability, and respect for their customers' belongings. I would strongly warn anyone against using Clean Clothes Depot unless you want to risk losing your clothing and wasting your money. Unfortunately, I am going to have to take them to court for the items they ruined and the missing items they did not return. read more

Feel blessed! Have to share my story and my FIND! The Laundry was one of those that suffered fire earlier this month... they were our reliable wash and fold togo. Bright idea!!! Old reliable Yelp helped me find The Clean Clothes Depot. The reviews on yelp are proven true as usual and after trying my first drop off and pickup, I was so amazed and happy to see how clean and tidy our clothes were done. Very clean, but very pricey for the size of the machines they have. The number of machines are very limited and very small. The only jumbo or big machine (because it's not that much bigger than the normal size machines) is being used by the manager. I don't even want to think how much the bigger machine was. They have no price listed on the machine only the number of coins., so know your math. 18 quarters is $4.50 for what seemed like the only machine available. Dear Management, Before I dive into the core purpose of my letter, I want you to know how up to date I was satisfied with your employees and the ease of your machines. But sometimes, one bad apple can ruin the experience for the rest. I'm usually much hesitant when it comes to complaints, but The bad apple I'm referring to made it difficult to cope with her. I am unsure of her name but she stated that she is from Peru, she has long blond hair and light complexion. Her continuous lack of conduct, which included harassment and discrimination, in front of my daughter makes me feel unsafe and can not see myself entering your place of business again. Her unprofessionalism was due to some detergent that had spilled and I lacked to notice. The whole time I was there she was like a hawk and or downgrading me to her coworker. I don't mind cleaning up after myself and understand the importance and guidelines but she kept on insisting for me to clean up garbage that wasn't even mine. Please make a matter of hiring more professional employees. Also FYI, not sure which one of your two employees it was but they should not be eating while washing and folding clothes. Your customers expect their clothes to be clean and don't think that they would appreciate it if they knew that your employees were eating on or around their clothes. read more

I have been going here for years to have my comforters and blankets cleaned. The girls who work there are usually very sweet but the girl there today was extremely rude. She told me that I needed to put my comforter in a bag. I had never had to do that before but ok. She pointed to bags and stood by and watched as I struggled to get a large comforter into a rather small bag. I finally gave up and left. I will not be going back after being treated like that. Management should be aware of the rude behavior of it's employees. read more

This place is either hit or miss. Either it looks like the aftermath of WW3 or it is very clean. I try to go as early as possible to avoid the rush (and some strange people) but alas, this Sunday morning proved otherwise. Maybe 6 other people here as well; but still plenty of machines to use. (As I watch the spin cycle from the comfort of my car.) 1/6/18 4:50pm Saturday The new girl isn't very nice at all. When I gave her my card to be punched, no "Hello" no "Hi" no "How many?" I said "Hi, one please." She didn't even make eye contact. She punched the card and handed it back to me. I guess she was more concerned about the child (her daughter?) that was sitting on a chair behind the counter near some equipment. I hope she doesn't last here. read more

I got quarters from the machine I put in $4 and it only gave me back 375 when I told the woman that she yelled at me I don't have any money. I don't have it she said it's only a quarter teach your employees to be more courteous and on top of that she was using four clothes carriers and there were none others left. You should get rid of this woman right away read more

This place is a little hidden gem nestled in a little plaza with a pizza place and a McDonalds and a few other mom and pop businesses. I've dropped off my laundry a few times now and have always been met with professional service. There are two employees there in particular who are lovely to deal with and their names escape me but I will find out and edit this review. The owner of this business called me himself to find out if I was satisfied with my service. You don't get that kind of customer service these days and while I haven't gotten a chance to call him back, Scott keep up the great work! I'm new in the area and have visited several laundromats but Clean Clothes has won me over. I have yet to try the delivery service because I live close enough that I feel lazy even thinking about doing so but I do not doubt that the delivery is as good if not better than the drop off/pick up I've experienced. They also have a little punch card thinger and after ten washes you get a free wash. Very good idea and is just one more reason you are my go to laundromat. ....and the price ain't too shabby. I paid $15.00 drop off fee for 12lbs of wash. Two thumbs up! read more

Staff is very nice, however the place can use a major makeover as well as the strip mall in which it is located. There is one washer for really gigantic loads that costs $7.00. Seems fair for the amount of laundry one can place in it. Perfect for comforters. There are also snacks and drinks available for purchase. I did observe one of the young workers cleaning several of the machines. Place is relatively clean. You can leave your laundry for wash and fold. Prices are listed near cash register. read more

I'll begin by saying never did I ever think I'd be someone who would choose to have my clothes washed and folded for me. As mundane and time-consuming a task laundry is, I've always done my own...but in the past few weeks I've moved and been trying tread water and juggle life, jobs, and all that's in between there somewhere. So while I had every intention of a "mosey-on-down" to the laundromat (my complex has beautiful laundry service machines on site but I didn't want to risk waiting for machines), it just never happened. In horror I looked at my overflowing hamper and tried to forget about it!!! In good conscience of course I couldn't and knew it was an inevitable duty, a necessary evil task. I searched Yelp for laundromats and found a few options...as well as some wash and fold options. Years ago I would have rolled my eyes at the thought of entertaining such "extravagance." I would have said, "Ridiculous! Seriously?" Let me tell you, you indeed live and learn. I learned about Clean Clothes Depot and saw their great reviews, paying special attention to the wash and fold service ;) The owner (one of two, as I believe this business is owned by a husband and wife team) was very responsive to my Yelp message and even though my area of residence is presently out of range for pick up and delivery, I was able to drop my laundry off at lunch and it was washed, folded, and neatly bagged and ready by 5 p.m. that evening by Sandy (whose name appears on my order ticket). Sandy even took care to bring out my other bag of clean and folded laundry so I didn't have to make a second trip to the counter to pick it up! She had hung my blouses and some other more delicate tops on hangers, too! Even though I'm not certain my budget allows for the wash and fold for every laundry cycle, I now have a tried and true service that I can count on! Thank you so much for making my chaotic life of late so much easier! I highly recommend Clean Clothes Depot. worst laundry in the area! came in here only a handful of times because every time there is issues. Once again today went in all but 4 of their washers where out of order. 6 of the dryers are out of order...again! and surprise surprise this place has not one but two broken tvs, no attendants on weekends, it smells all the time like old rotting floorboards. very dirty and the machines smell. Everything is outdated or broken, last time the wash machine wouldn't open and couldn't get my clothes out for 2 hours, don't bother calling their emergency number because they won't answer. Two small folding tables for customers to use because they have the bigger table stacked with customer dry cleaning orders. They are open 25 hours yes but usually have drunk people sleeping in there. This place is truly a disaster of Boonton! No wonder they always have a help wanted sign up they treat the customers and employees like crap. Smelly, Dirty broken down laundromat better off driving elsewhere or to the clean one on Main Street..for real. Never again! the machines have mold and be careful you don't get a rash from their machines. read more

Great service! I use this these guys for both laundry and dry cleaning. Its so easy and dependable. It sure has made my life a lot simpler having these guys take care of the wash.
