I was very happy. Don't put your soap in top dispensers though as when you have a 4, 8, or 12 load washer, that's a lot a lot of soap and it doesn't always get rinsed down the chute properly. Just throw the soap in the actual washer. Much better. And the phone app is super easy. It tells you how much time each washer has left. It is good for keeping track of your loads. And if you are drying you can add more time remotely.

The woman who is behind the counter is lovely. She took my comforter, which is way too big for my washer and dryer, king size, and it was $25. She added bleach and some nice liquid that made it very sweet smelling. They text you when it's time to pick it up and they wrap it in plastic so it's easy to transport. They also have there and they have Wi-Fi. Dryers are free when you wash which is a nice thing and they're not ridiculously priced either. They have plenty of tables for folding and hanging racks to hang your clothes lots of chairs and they have an outside playground area for the kids. It's so convenient to Carson City right off of fifth Street and the parking is fine.

I agree with the complaint about the TV. I would just as soon have it turned off altogether. All in all, I miss having a washer and dryer at home, but if you need a laundromat, I don't think I could find any better.

The laundry attendant welcomed me in and offered her name. Brandy was so friendly and courteous. She gave me a run down where the different washers are that cost more or less than other washers. I definitely appreciate the different size washers and load capacity because it's already spends as it is to have to wash your clothes at a laundry mat. I like the selections and it was fair on my wallet. Anyways I got my monies worth and I've continued to come here because they are open later than most laundry places and open nice and early at 6:30. It was done for free. I was going to drop off my flag at Bobby Page's but they wanted to charge $36 for the hemming. This did not include cleaning. I am not apposed for the cleaners charging a minimal fee because business is business. But $36 is a bit much. Showing a little patriotism and doing the work on the flag for free or for a mininal fee at best would be nice. I am sure doing this would increase business. How much does it cost to do a little hemming and cleaning on our flag that represents our country. BTW, when I tried to drop off the flag and was told the price, I mentioned Tahoe. The young girl at the counter was snippey and said "This isn't Tahoe." Bad attitude and not a good representative for Bobby Page's Cleaners.
