The problem with this is you don't see what the final product is going to look like until they have actually made the cuts. I took my favorite pair of pants in to be altered and they are completely ruined and unwearable now. I went in to try to get a refund and the person there argued with me for several minutes before finally giving me a refund, but she would only do so by keeping the pants. I refused, a $25 refund is insulting compared to the price of the pants. Terrible service, terrible work, don't go here.

When my fairly new washer decided to break on me, I searched Yelp for a clean, safe laundromat to…read moredo my laundry at. I came across Express Laundry Lounge, which only had 1 Yelp review but boast 5 stars. I decided to make the drive to N. Carson and give Express Laundry Lounge a try. Upon entering I noticed how clean the laundromat was and all the machines looked fairly new. Walking around I noticed various sized washers available that were capable of washing 18 lb. To 85 lb. Loads. Wow! A sign above the washers showed instructions on how to pay for the washer/dryer fees via a laundry pay app., which was very convenient. Their washers are very efficient, you can choose the temperature of the water, whether you want an extra rinse, all of which are upgrades, but the additional fee was minimal (.50-1.00 add on). The avg. wash is about $5-6 on their 18 lb. Load washers and $1.50-$2.50 for their dryers for roughly 25 minutes dry time. You can also adjust the temperatures of the dryers. The dryers are also very efficient. I also liked how the app you pay through notifies you when your washer or dryer is near its complete time, along with the washer or dryer machine # so no risk of forgetting any laundry in the machines. I also liked how there was a person manning the laundromat, sweeping and checking/cleaning the machines as people completed their loads. I noticed her greeting regulars as they came in. She was also kind enough to let my Maltipoo dog sit with me inside while I folded my laundry. The laundromat also has free wi-fi for their customers. All in all I had a very pleasant laundry experience here. I'm hoping my washer gets fixed soon, but in the off chance it doesn't, I will definitely head back to Express Laundry Lounge to do my laundry.

Not only was my drop off ticket incorrect and missing an item (which I had to call back later and correct over the phone) but they lost (for 2 hours) one of my vintage velvet coats that was somehow separated from the group of clothes upon pickup. It made this business look very shady and unpro and made me wonder if the girl at the corner was trying to rack my jacket. My clothes however were well taken care of and nicely pressed.

I am very pleased with them and would def go back for other dry cleaning items.

I was very happy. Don't put your soap in top dispensers though as when you have a 4, 8, or 12 load washer, that's a lot a lot of soap and it doesn't always get rinsed down the chute properly. Just throw the soap in the actual washer. Much better. And the phone app is super easy. It tells you how much time each washer has left. It is good for keeping track of your loads. And if you are drying you can add more time remotely.
