When it got dropped off we noticed that it was missing some things that needed to stay with it so we asked them to hold it. Well, they sent it anyways. No big deal we thought. We were informed that the dress would take 2-3 weeks to be cleaned and only gets picked up the 25th. We got a call about two weeks ago stating that the dress was done and that we could come and get it. My mother (who owned the dress) is dealing with a major sickness in the family and is only in NV for a night or so a week. We didnt really think the dress was a huge burden to them and that we could leave it there for a bit while we dealt with our issues it wouldt be a big deal. Then we got a call yesterday "demanding" to speak with my mother and that if the dress wasn't picked up she would be sent to collections. The tone of the guys voice couldn't be any worse. He made it seem like we had their shop full of boxes and they have been sitting there for 6 months and they were waiting on hundreds of dollars for us. We picked the dress up yesterday and got a huge attitude while doing it. When i told my mother about how they were she called them and explained why she didnt get the dress sooner. They said that they had been calling for a month and they were out the money to get the dress cleaned. The dress costed us $175 to get cleaned after their mark up on whatever 1 800 dry clean charges. When she told them that the way they had treated us we wouldn't be going back there or letting any family friends go their his answer was "good, i'll do the same to you". The guy was/is a horrible person. Do yourself a favor and drive to carson. Let this store go out of business.

I utilized this facility 3 times. 1st time it was clean and some machines were not working, 2nd…read moretime dirtier and more machines not working and the 3rd time was worse. 1/3 of the machines were not working , it was dirty and when I loaded the washer and put he money into the washer the message said "ERR" and the employee said it would reset and questioned me if I even put any money into the washer. It did reset but it asked for more money. The employee said in a very rude manner to put more money in and the employee recorded a message to the owner and I never got a call back. When I used the dryers, they were warm but not hot even though I selected "Hot". It took a lot more money to get my laundry dried. The issue is the no call on what happened and why it occurred. I'm sure I am not the only one who this has happened to.

The laundry attendant welcomed me in and offered her name. Brandy was so friendly and courteous. She gave me a run down where the different washers are that cost more or less than other washers. I definitely appreciate the different size washers and load capacity because it's already spends as it is to have to wash your clothes at a laundry mat. I like the selections and it was fair on my wallet. Anyways I got my monies worth and I've continued to come here because they are open later than most laundry places and open nice and early at 6:30. This laundry mat doesn't disappoint because it has hours of operation that are very fair and accommodates most everyone. It's been a long time since we have frequented a laundromat and my previous experience was a little…read morehit and miss on the experience but when my washing machine gave up mid load and a huge pile of laundry, I knew I had to do something. Wet towels and sheets do not smell too good. There wasn't any laundromats in the Spanish Springs area and this one charges $1.79 a pound to wash and fold with next day service. I took the rest of the laundry and my wet load here deciding that I couldn't saddle them with the smelly towels and sheets but I was woefully unprepared...no cash (cash is still a thing at the laundromat!) and I didn't bring anything. Maria works here she she saved me! I ran one load, comped and with her splash of detergent and brought them home to my working dryer. Maria also took great care in washing the rest of my laundry which I picked up the next day. If you need the service, wash and fold is there and they pick up too if you need it. It's also a clean, safe laundromat just across the street from Teglia Park. It's well lit and well maintained. If you stop in, make sure you say hi to Maria. She is part of why it's so good.

Downfalls - the attendants need to dress like someone who works there. Most of the time you don't even know who they are. I had no idea who to talk with while I was there today. (And most times I've been there.) There's ONE handicapped spot. Beware, they let ANYONE park there without consequence so if you're mobility impaired, try somewhere else. This isn't the first time with this problem here.. and probably won't be the last. There really isn't a good walkway for handicapped people to get around all the cars either. You risk dinging people's cars with the metal carts when you only have one hand free to pull it. Too often they even let people park in the hash lines next to the only handicapped spot. *note* - I asked this guy if he realized that it was a handicapped spot and he told me he can park anywhere he pleases. He kept saying, "I'm in my car"... (the first photo shows he wasn't in there the entire time). There were spots open in the back (where we had to park). *Reported to the ADA for review.
