I asked them to change out my spare tire as well because I thought it was damaged and unusable, they tested it and it passed and promptly notified me that the change was unnecessary. They kept me informed, and genuinely looked for an opportunity to conduct honest business. They even identified the source of a winning in my car that had me nervous. Though it is likely not a part of their standard service, they filled my empty power steering fluid without charge. They have won over a dedicated customer. He said it was the battery and I'm pretty sure he said the alternator checked out fine. So if the story ended there, he would have gotten a better rating. I paid and even complimented the guy. Next day my van started acting up again, and so I went and took it back in and just let him know, and I wasn't looking for a deal. He said my battery was bad and I got a new one but it might need something else now. I said the battery light was on again. Well he starts nearly yelling at me and said it was the alternator and I never told him to check the alternator. I replied that I didn't know what was wrong with my vehicle that's why I brought it in. He then mocked me and said I came in and said my car "wouldn't start," and was very disrespectful. He then wanted the key and made it sound like it was the biggest inconvenience ever. I politely said I would take my business elsewhere and walked out. Here it is I am not a mechanic, that's why I brought it in. I didn't know what was wrong. If I did I would have probably take care of it myself. But mocking and near yelling at customers is not ok. My opinion is do not go here, and only go here if you know as much about cars as the guy behind the counter. Otherwise prepare to be disrespected.
