We waited in a nice area with comfortable chairs, a big TV and complimentary coffee and water. This was the second time the vehicle was in for a fuel system issue. The first time they replaced a fuel pump. That was nearly $1600. It turns out that wasn't the problem. Then they replaced all eight fuel injectors, the cost for the fuel injectors was $2600, and that seems to have fixed the problem. When they got the right parts in. The service was good. It was just disheartening that they didn't check the parts when they came in to see if they were the right parts.

Predictably, I ran out of battery 7 miles from the charger and had to call for help. Jose, answered the phone immediately even though it was early morning and was able to meet me at the mile marker I gave him in about 20 min! Jose was very knowledgeable about handling an EV and after we reinstalled the towing eyelet in the bumper, the loading and unloading of the car was a non-event. Jose brought me and the car to a super charger and gently deposited my Model Y right into a charging spot where I could plug in. Super friendly, hard working, professional, responsive... No one wants to find themselves in that situation, but if you do, you'll be glad to have Jose come to your rescue. I sure was! Thank you Jose!
