The shop is made up of a lower level and an upper level, in what was once a gymnasium. There are tons of nicely displayed clothes of good quality, a very good selection of shoes, children's clothes, men's, accessories, jewelry, jackets, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are very very good. I will now make a point to be in Berlin when Many Hands is open rather than hoping for them to be open when I'm in the area.

Abby was very helpful and patient with me during the whole experience and even ran up the stairs to help me take a picture with a cathedral veil from above. And she definitely had me clipped into those dresses very securely which I appreciated! There isn't a huge selection but there is a good variety! From what I understood Marianne has started her own line as well so dresses from that line are a little more modern than the others. They have the dresses organized by silhouette and you can go through and pick the ones you want to try on and afterwards the attendant can recommend dresses to you based on the ones that you picked too in case you missed anything! The prices seemed to range but nothing was over $2500 that I saw!

I didn't catch her name, but another attendant ended up overhearing what I was looking for and happened to find the perfect dress at the very end of my appointment. I felt so comfortable in it and also very excited - which I hadn't found yet in a dress! I thought they had an awesome selection of dresses and I tried on multiple that I really loved - which is more than larger bridal stores I've been to where I didn't find any that I loved! Marianne also had me try on some veils and I totally changed my mind about veil length - which was super helpful and got me excited. It was also great to get the dress at a discounted price and get to go home with it that day. Overall - would very much recommend!

My kids either weren't looking or something and the print that I received was not properly printed at all they cut the corners off too much. My Son's arms aren't even fully in the picture. Not to mention they were way behind schedule. People were canceling thankfully because of that we got to get in on time for our session, but it was just way too much. They need to hire professionals.

The measurements listed online appear to be standardized across all dresses and did not reflect the actual fit of this particular item. The dress was significantly tighter than expected, and I could not zip it up despite ordering based on the provided measurements. I also found the return/exchange policy frustrating. While I understood that only exchanges are offered, it is disappointing that customers are required to pay for shipping both to return the item and again to receive a replacement. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not what I expected.
