From the very first call, Roy and Annie (the managers) were incredibly flexible and understanding with my last minute scheduling changes. They truly went above and beyond to make everything work. The two movers they sent, Gerry and Sergio (I believe that was his name), were absolute professionals. They were polite, fast, efficient, and handled every single item with genuine care like it was their own. They made two full trips, carefully disassembled all my furniture, and then reassembled everything perfectly at the new place. I had originally booked them for 6 hours, but the move ended up taking 11 hours. Not once did they complain or rush; they stayed positive and professional the entire time. The price was hands down the best in El Paso, and the quality of service was top-tier. My belongings were treated with love and respect from start to finish. Finally at 10:30 they rolled up. One man came down and started disassembling a desk only for the OWNER to walk in & say we needed to disassemble it so his worker can get more done. He then went back to his truck & left ONE worker working alone. I said we paid for a 2 man crew. Owner then came inside to say they were leaving because another one of their trucks broke down and maybe he can move us next week! They were here 20 minutes tops & did nothing but take out 2 screws from a desk! We needed to move out that day & they did not care. What an absolute waste because at that point no one had availability to move us that day. This is the absolute worst company to do business with!! Cheaper is not always better!!

I called in panic because the other movers we scheduled had recently had a very bad review. I knew that loading a truck is jigsaw artwork of talent to get everything fit safely and securely and remove chance of damage. Dylan took my text immediately and gave me a direct simple quote for the move. I called everyone with semi good reviews in town and they were the best price by far. No need to do research they have great prices. Then Dylan was able to get us last minute movers out to us by next day so we could stay on track for our long distance moving schedule. They let us set the time for arrival and the men were right on time and Cody called me 10 mins prior to let me know they were on their way. Phew so much less panic when you get the call they are on their way to you. They showed up on time, smiles and ready to work. Ive moved many times but dad hasn't so he was still in process of organizing his belongings. The movers weren't worried and got started and they never stressed once while I was just a bunch of nerves. Dylan and Cody both calmed me down and feel like i was in good hands for how stressful moves can be. Great manners too especially when I was asking questions or making suggestions. They Saran wrapped everything used blankets and then tied them down and secured everything on the truck as you can see from my flat screen TV and secured to the wall the truck. I loved their work for a difficult move of leaving a house of 20 years. The house is very old with narrow hallways, alleyway kitchen, narrow door frames and tiny patio steps and they had no problems and no marks on house or damage. They moved safely in tight corners. I'm so happy with their attitude and worked effectively and promptness. They were constantly hustling never a complaint from them. They were concerned with time worked diligently and effective. SGM, Ms. C: I didn't charge you the pallet jack. Me: Then you agree not to charge for something you don't provide. Then deduct the liftgate truck you didn't provide. SGM, Ms. C: I provided a truck. No refund, no discount. Me: You didn't provide the two things I needed most. You charged me $145/hr. 2 hr. minimum + $70 for the truck, total $365 (+ tip for workers that saved us both from a big lawsuit.) I told you I passed on "U"biquitous at $29.98 for 6 hrs. for a 15' truck with low deck and ramp + .89/mile (less than 4 miles) because they didn't have liftgate or pallet jack. You said you had these items. Reader: If you sign up for the NBA Playoffs Special, big Screen, etc., but they provide a 24" screen, you expect a refund or discount. SGM would say you watched the playoffs. No refund, no discount. BUYER BEWARE; I didn't check prior very low reviews. My bad. SGM charged for a product they knew they couldn't deliver.

How wrong I was to trust him. I paid over $16,000 for the move, they did the packing, and were supposed to produce an inventory that I never saw, when confronted about missing things, they claimed they were not inventoried. When things were damaged they claimed that they were that way before, or that I had packed them, which are both lies. They packed everything in the house with the exception of jewelry and documents. I cannot stress enough how bad these fraudsters are. Take your business elsewhere, please.
