Rodrigo and his partner were great. They moved quickly and the price was very affordable.

Absolutely Outstanding Sparkle Moving Services is the Real Deal!…read moreI cannot say enough good things about Sparkle Moving Services! From the very first call, Roy and Annie (the managers) were incredibly flexible and understanding with my last minute scheduling changes. They truly went above and beyond to make everything work. The two movers they sent, Gerry and Sergio (I believe that was his name), were absolute professionals. They were polite, fast, efficient, and handled every single item with genuine care like it was their own. They made two full trips, carefully disassembled all my furniture, and then reassembled everything perfectly at the new place. I had originally booked them for 6 hours, but the move ended up taking 11 hours. Not once did they complain or rush; they stayed positive and professional the entire time. The price was hands down the best in El Paso, and the quality of service was top-tier. My belongings were treated with love and respect from start to finish. I would recommend Sparkle Movers to anyone and everyone looking for an stress-free, high quality move. Pro tip: Don't forget to feed your movers and give them a good tip! They're doing the heavy lifting and treating your stuff like it's their own show them some love! Thank you again, Roy, Annie, Gerry, and Sergio you made what could have been a nightmare into a smooth and easy experience. I'll be calling you for every move from now on! - Chris (El Paso)

I just wanted to say this is the BEST moving company in my opinion. They showed up on time and…read morebriefly listened to my expectations. And my needs to get to certain items in storage. I needed a 22 ft truck to be off loaded to an indoor storage unit. I came from out of town and had it packed by a different company. The movers crew carefully untied the mess that the previous company did. They helped me find all the damaged items. They were a great crew. Very fast! Very careful! And just very caring for my needs. I'm very satisfied and will use them again when I move out! Thank you guys!! I'll post a picture of their great pack soon.

You have to kind of respect someone who walks off the job. Too bad these guys didn't actually tell…read moreus they were doing so when they did. DO NOT USE THEM. When they arrived over two hours late for a 9 AM job, we were nice about it. I get that stuff happens. Started by introducing myself as the homeowner and was blown off. Was my skirt too short? Am I too old? Or maybe we just have a problem with women, especially women in relationships with other women? Requested the crew leader to please wear his mask. He said he was drinking but didn't have a drink in his hand and stared me down, then did the mask with nose exposed thing. Wow we are off to an amazing start, and it's only 11:15 AM. Oh boy. Moving forward, I call them into a huddle, and make it clear that we are much less concerned with how long the job takes and more concerned with making sure our stuff is taken care of. We are moving over 2000 miles away and have a UPack trailer. "Oh yes ma'am!" the one who actually acknowledged my presence and wore his mask said. The crew leader refused to be part of this discussion. I take him aside and say the same thing. He yessed me as well, and I turned my head to see some of my lightest boxes with the most fragile contents being BANGED DOWN MY CEMENT STEPS on a dolly. Uhhh... wait a minute. I asked if they have a ramp for the dolly for the three cement steps. "No ma'am! This is the why we have the dolly!" Uhhh, buddies, I'm an IATSE stagehand and I know garble speak from grunts when I hear it. They keep rushing around, creating their toxic chaos. I find a piece of wood and put it down on my three cement steps, asking if this will do for their dolly. The crew leader flips out and says no, and no, they will not be using any ramps. I asked him if he could carry the boxes down the three steps instead, so they don't get banged around. And they walked off the job. I called Leo their boss to find out what was going on, because they had said "we need to call our boss about the ramp" and then just disappeared. Leo had backed them up on their refusal to use the dolly correctly and handle my stuff with care. So, the moral of the story is don't use this company. Their replacement is on the way. Hopefully they can treat me with some respect. They were going to get an excellent tip. Pictured: the crew leader talking to my partner about paperwork, after being asked twice to wear his mask.

They were excellent. If you want the job done right, experience, good manners and positive attitude…read moreand great price then call them! I called in panic because the other movers we scheduled had recently had a very bad review. I knew that loading a truck is jigsaw artwork of talent to get everything fit safely and securely and remove chance of damage. Dylan took my text immediately and gave me a direct simple quote for the move. I called everyone with semi good reviews in town and they were the best price by far. No need to do research they have great prices. Then Dylan was able to get us last minute movers out to us by next day so we could stay on track for our long distance moving schedule. They let us set the time for arrival and the men were right on time and Cody called me 10 mins prior to let me know they were on their way. Phew so much less panic when you get the call they are on their way to you. They showed up on time, smiles and ready to work. Ive moved many times but dad hasn't so he was still in process of organizing his belongings. The movers weren't worried and got started and they never stressed once while I was just a bunch of nerves. Dylan and Cody both calmed me down and feel like i was in good hands for how stressful moves can be. Great manners too especially when I was asking questions or making suggestions. They Saran wrapped everything used blankets and then tied them down and secured everything on the truck as you can see from my flat screen TV and secured to the wall the truck. I loved their work for a difficult move of leaving a house of 20 years. The house is very old with narrow hallways, alleyway kitchen, narrow door frames and tiny patio steps and they had no problems and no marks on house or damage. They moved safely in tight corners. I'm so happy with their attitude and worked effectively and promptness. They were constantly hustling never a complaint from them. They were concerned with time worked diligently and effective. I'll book them again!
