You get Guy being snappy and rude and tired and even found asleep on the garage floor! Took my daughters car in for headlight replacement it just fell out twice because Guy didn't remove bumper and install it correctly! Then we moved and found out Guy over tightened the bolt to the oil pan and the wrong oil filter! I mean basic mechanic work here GUY! I won't even go into the shotty work he did putting in my Cadillac converter! Didn't last a month! Very disappointing how money changed such a nice young man. I'll never go back again!

They told me they messed up and had to redo something. Didn't tell me what they messed up. They painted the frame of my window when it shouldn't be painted at all. The car has paint drips everywhere and missing so many spots. No one here takes accountability for anything and try's to put the blame on you instead.
