The second time, I had to replace a headrest on a seat. The owner gave me a phone number for a salvage place that delivered the entire seat to the MR Collision Center. They estimated it would take about a week, so I expected it to be finished by the time I got back. Instead, my car sat there for over nine days without anyone working on it. When I finally called for an update, I was told they had been waiting to hear back from my insurance. However, the technician later told me he simply didn't know what was going on with my car or even which insurance company it was under. The most frustrating part is that no one ever called, texted, or emailed me during those nine days to explain there was an issue or that they needed anything further from me or my insurance. I have no idea how much longer my car would have just sat there if I did not call them for an update. I ended up taking it to Crash Champions instead, and they completed the repair in just two days. I rarely leave negative reviews, but there is no excuse for the lack of communication and organization.
