My wife and I recently used Express on Time Taxi to Midway Airport from Tinley Park and were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Kumar, the owner. We had an ungodly early pick-up time of 4:00 a.m., so a small additional fee was understandable. Kumar was prompt and cheerful. Then on our return trip we experienced a significant delay at Midway due to lost luggage and Kumar waited patiently (I think), until we were ready to be picked-up. Even though no additional fee was requested for the delay caused by the airline, we gladly paid Kumar more to cover his time. After this experience Kumar will be our first call for any future rides. At the last minute emergency, I needed to take a different Metra train home from downtown, putting me miles from my car. I called a few area cab companies and they were either disconnected numbers or unable to assist with the short notice. After seeing the positive ratings, I called Kumar. Not only was he happy to take me, he was waiting for me when the train arrived at the station.
