I was looking for airport drop off and pickup service and decided to search on Yelp. I called Limo Bellissimo but they didn't answer. To my surprise they texted me right away. All of our talk, quotes and limo pictures were via text. Limo Bellissimo was fair, rapid and on time. We were able to bring our own liquor into the limo and they also had some drinks ready for us. I reached out to Limo Bellissimo via email. From then on all of our communication except for my credit card info to hold my reservation were done through email. The morning of our trip (November 21, 2021) we were supposed to be picked up at 6 am. When 6:05 am came along I called John and he had stated he was surprised his sister was not there yet and he would check with her and call me back. At 6:12 am he phoned back stating she had broken down on Hwy 57 and was not going to make it to pick us up. So, was someone going to call us and let us know this, I guess not. All John could say was, "sorry". So we over loaded our vehicle and rushed to the airport since we were now behind and had to deal with parking our car. I know there was really nothing he could do at that point but I guess a call to us would have been nice. Sorry, I will not be calling you again. read more

On October 15, 2022, we used the Limo Bellissimo Service for our daughter's wedding. We had a limousine for transporting the bridesmaid to church, a coach 56 passenger bus to escort a church pilgrimage of travelers to church a party bus to transport the bridal party to Lake Catherine and reception in Orland Park. The Services and Staff were beyond a 5 star rating, truly Exceptional. After the reception, the limo drove the couple to their hotel and then returned to the venue to help the Bride's parents transport 25 vases and 10 large trays of cookies to the Bride's parents home. I wanted a stretch limo to take my son to the church on his wedding day as a surprise. I called Limo Bellissimo and the gentleman I talked to on the phone said yes they did point to point service ( many did not for stretch limos) He was very nice and personable, answered my questions and suggested a better time to leave for the church that day. I received a text the limo was arriving a bit earlier on the day of the wedding. When my son and I went out the hotel entrance a beautiful white stretch limo was there. My son was very surprised it was for us! The driver was standing waiting for us and very nice. We took some pictures outside by the beautiful limo and inside. I was very impressed at how beautiful this limo was, so clean inside and out. The ride in to the church was smooth, quiet and comfortable. It was so nice to be able to sit and talk with my son without having to deal with driving and traffic. Our driver was very professional and courteous, parked in front of the church and opened the door for us. He congratulated us, shook my son's hand and gave me a hug. I highly recommend Limo Bellissimo for any limo service you may need. I know I will call them again if I need a limo in the future, I was very happy and impressed with their service!! read more

If you are looking for a reliable, courteous, professional limo service, look no further. We used Limo Bellissimo in May and again in January after being left stranded at the airport by another local limo company earlier in the year. Drivers are punctual, friendly and professional. Prices are also reasonable. Limos are spotless and well maintained. When out outbound flight changed and we needed to be picked up an hour later, Bellissimo did not have availability as they had a prior reservation, but I was assured that I would have a limo waiting at my house at my pickup time....and I did. Just have to say how happy I am with this limo service company!! They were right on time,the car was amazing and the driver was real cool. Our ride back had to be cancelled because Chicago airports were snowed in and we had to drive back from our vacation. As I let the service know about this he seemed very concerned about us getting home and even sent a follow-up email and asked about our trip back. He said his customers were like family and that was real nice. On top of that, 2 days later he sent a check refunding me for the return trip!! Contentious, found the best route and the fastest to Wrigley, courteous as he opened the car doors for my daughter and myself.
