The police sent in an undercover officer with marked bills and set up a camera in the parking lot too. They caught him red handed. From my understanding, this salon is still owned by the same couple. The last 2 months they have raised by rate by $5 each month without even notifying me. I understand things go up over time, but it really irritates me that there was no communication regarding this. So they increase the rate, but the service is doing down. They no longer have rags and individual spray bottles to wipe down your machine after you use it. They have paper towels and a few community spray bottles on one side of the gym. It's disgusting when you go to use a machine and someone's crotch sweat is on the machine because they don't make it convenient to clean the machine anymore. The air condition has been going out at times and it is hot!! I am seriously considering changing gyms at this point.
