It was the mailman delivering the mail. I immediately called the supervisor, Honey Rivera and advised her that there was a stop mail order in. Honey R said it was a mistake and would correct it. Two days later they delivered mail again! When we arrived home my mail was scattered on the front lawn, credit card bills, utility bills all over the stoop and lawn. The same thing happened to my neighbor along with mail delivered to the wrong address. In December I ordered a Samsung sound bar from Amazon. Tracking the package it was scanned into the Oceanside post office at 6 35 am on a Saturday morning and I was expecting delivery that day. Package never arrived it just disappeared after they received it, No one knows what happened it just disappeared. I never write reviews, I am kind of a happy go lucky guy but this has to stop. I have over looked this too many times. I am contacting the Postmaster General with my concerns and those of my neighbors.

My delivery was in CA. Navis does not track third-party shipments by their website commitment. Rather, Navis provided a "tracking site" for the third-party carrier. Per the third-party carrier status, the shipment left Navis on September 16, 2025, and on the following day, September 17, 2025, it arrived in CA at 2:07 a.m. September 18, 2025: Hayward, [CA - in storage] September 19, 2025: Hayward " September 20, 2025: Hayward " September 21, 2025: Hayward " September 22, 2025: Hayward " September 23, 2025: Hayward " September 24, 2025: Shipment delivered.
