    Notary Public ~ Yes! Was happy to hear that this location has a notary public onsite. Typically I would go to the bank and get this done, but with all that's shut down currently [Covid19] was excited that I could still get my very needed signature and stamp for important document before the due date deadline. The store was clean, tighty and even had boxes set up at counter to keep us properly socially distancing. The associate was very kind, quick and efficient. Getting this service done here is at a cost verse no cost at your personal bank, but in a crunch with a timeline looming, $2 fee is very minimal and totally worth it. I'm totally going to keep them in mind for future notary needs, as well as all their fabulous shipping options.

    Late again - I've have never received a package they say it's supposed to be scheduled. 99% of the time it's a day late.

    I was asked by the store owner to remove my review - UPS IS UPS. I tried via the website and the app to have my package re-routed to this location. They wanted to charge me $16 to do so. As a representative of UPS you should offer to help resolve my issue, not ask me to take down my review.

    I haven't had occasion to use them very often but they have been very reliable when I have. Rockville Centre store. Nice.

That harms potential customers that seek a full scan of feedbacks of various levels from Poor to Great. It speaks importantly to its lack of integrity. If they are not honest with disclosing feedback, they aren't honest. Navis website: "... will provide you with personalized service and attention including updates and tracking information about your shipment... Navis failed to initially inform me: "Our trucks handle pickups and deliveries within Navis website disclosure: We will create the right custom packing and shipping solution for Delaware, Maryland and Virginia... we use third-party carriers for out-of-state deliveries." My delivery was in CA. Navis does not track third-party shipments by their website commitment. Rather, Navis provided a "tracking site" for the third-party carrier. Per the third-party carrier status, the shipment left Navis on September 16, 2025, and on the following day, September 17, 2025, it arrived in CA at 2:07 a.m. September 18, 2025: Hayward, [CA - in storage] September 19, 2025: Hayward " September 20, 2025: Hayward " September 21, 2025: Hayward " September 22, 2025: Hayward " September 23, 2025: Hayward " September 24, 2025: Shipment delivered. Navis failed in a substantial manner to produce what it committed: "We'll create the right custom packing and shipping solution for your items; and just so you have peace of mind, we will provide you with personalized service and attention including updates and tracking information about your shipment."     I went to this post office to ship a printer to a friend of mine out of state--something her kids…read moredesperately needed for schoolwork. What should've been a simple process turned into a ridiculous mess. A week after dropping it off, I checked the tracking number only to find it hadn't moved. I contacted the post office, and after a frustrating game of phone tag, someone finally told me the package was "lost in limbo." No real explanation, no accountability--just a shrug and that absurd phrase like it was totally normal for a costly printer to just vanish. What made it worse was how utterly unhelpful the staff and customer service were throughout the entire ordeal. Trying to get answers was like asking a blind man to draw your face--zero direction, no idea what they were doing, and certainly no plan to fix the situation. Every call was met with vague responses, empty reassurances, or just passing the buck to someone else. Not a single person took any real initiative to investigate where the package actually went. It honestly felt like they were just hoping I'd give up and go away. Now, I've heard rumors that employees at this location have been known to steal packages, and while I can't say for sure if that's what happened here, it wouldn't shock me at this point. The whole experience was sloppy, infuriating, and absolutely unacceptable. My friend never got the printer, her kids were left without what they needed, and I'm left with a receipt and a tracking number that lead to nowhere. This place needs a serious overhaul--or at the very least, someone in charge who actually gives a damn. Giving 1 star even upsets me, a big fat ZERO! is what it needs.
