He was super easy to work with - we rented for a 2 week period. It is freat working with the dealer to rent a car. You know you are getting a newish vehicle that is in excellent condition. We haven't bought a car in more than 10 years, so all the tech was new to us. Jesse walked us through all of the many new safety and comfort features. For us - we wanted to take a newer car on our trip and also to see what we thought of a hybrid car. We did love the hybrid. We also had a chance to see how the size of the car fit our lifestyle. So, it was both an extended test drive for a (hopefully) purchase in the near future - and a vacation free of worry that driving our old car would bring. Jesse also told us that we can rent a pickup and even haul with it. That might be worth doing in the future so we don't have to maintain a pickup for our infrequent use of it. I recommend this business highly. They are easy to work with and you get a quality vehicle at a good rate. No hassle

We rented a car here on a Wednesday in April 2022…read more Most flights from Denver to Aspen had been canceled due to adverse weather. Eagle airpory was the best alternative we could find. When we called the Alamo national phone number to change our reservation from Aspen to Eagle, they quoted us $123 for two days, with return to Aspen.  We got to Alamo Eagle, and they had to search for the reservation. They found it, and quoted $123, plus booster seat rental.  Leaving, quoted price was over $1200, but only my wife heard the guy say that, and she thought she may have heard it wrong. We left in a nice Nissan Rogue.  While were driving away, the guy from Alamo Eagle called us back. After a couple of tries to get a good cell signal, he explained the situation.  He had been out of one-way rentals, so the one-way surcharge rang up as $1000. He adjusted it to $250, the standard one-way fee, because the phone reservation had granted the reservation.  That's not as good as waiving the one-way fee entirely, but it's certainly better than $1200. And calling us after we had left was definitely solid customer service. The car worked well. Drop-off in Aspen was no hassle, but nothing to do with this location. By the standards of car rentals in general (and in particular an incident on Kauai where we ended up in arbitration to remove unauthorized charges), this was pretty much as good as it gets. I think they earned a five star "as good as it gets".

Not only did Fred upgrade me to a vehicle that would handle the mountain passes with ease, he was 5 star in customer service, making sure the drivers window was clean from a sticker ( he cleaned it himself) and was very gracious in explaining and showing me the features of the car. I know our company does a lot of business with them, and they are a national chain, but I do feel like these guys bend over backyard in making sure we have what we need. This appointment was critical for us. When we arrived, the employee told us they didn't have our car because they were prioritizing other customers who had wrecked theirs. There was zero communication ahead of time, no call, no email, nothing to let us know our reserved vehicle wouldn't be available. We were left standing there with no solution and no regard for our time or the plans we had already set in motion. Because of this location, our entire day was wasted and our car service appointment was ruined. We're furious with how this was handled, and I absolutely do not recommend this Enterprise branch.

Apparently, SIXT changed the hours at this location after be booked our vehicle. I was worried since our pickup time appeared to be after the updated close time, and a Sixt customer service rep noted that we were going to come before the new close time to pick up the car. Irving (who I believe is the general manager of this location) took time to personally call me ahead of the rental and assure me that they would remain open for us to pick up at our original time. We adjusted our schedule as best we could, but we still arrived after the updated close time. Sure enough, Irving was personally there to help me (the airport and every other counter was EMPTY!). He was incredibly helpful as well - the Sixt website wasn't working properly for us, so he came out to log all the damage on the car before sending me on my way. He was also really nice and upgraded our car which I really appreciated - it's the nicest rental car I've ever driven, hands down. On top of all this, since we're dropping off at a different airport location, he personally made sure I found the right location and also mentioned the logistics and timing there to make sure we won't miss our flight. White glove service with a smile. You have a happy customer here, and I plan to give you my business again.

I rented a vehicle online through the Grand Junction Enterprise location on 5th Street (not the…read moreairport). I specifically reserved a luxury sedan through their website. A couple of days before our trip, I received a call fromTim informing me that they do not have luxury vehicles available at that location. That was the first time I was made aware of this. The only option I was offered at the same price was a Ford Escape. That is not even close to a comparable replacement for a luxury sedan. When I spoke with Tim, there was no effort to find a reasonable solution. I was simply told that if I wanted the vehicle I originally reserved, I would need to go to Denver to get it. This raises a few concerns: Why is a luxury sedan listed as available on the Grand Junction location's website if it cannot actually be rented there? Why was availability not clarified at the time of booking? Why was there no comparable substitute offered? This experience felt misleading and disappointing, especially given that the reservation was made in good faith through their own website.
