Within two days of installation the top screen fell out. It turned out they had used the wrong size spline to hold the screens in. We also had issues with a poor quality stain that was used on the wood; they used a second coat and it still is not up to standard. The entire screen enclosure is coming out of the frames in the corners where it was not installed correctly. It is next to impossible to reach anyone in this company and when they do answer, they put you off on coming out to do repairs. We found out that they did not use the Super Screen as stated in the contract and we were told " its like Super Screen." I was told that the person who will do the repairs would be here today @ 11am and after two phone calls (no answer) and two texts, he finally called and said that he would be here @ 2pm. No courtesy call letting me know that he changed the time. This company is the most difficult and un-professional that I have ever dealt with. They have a nice brochure and a pretty website and John had a great sales pitch- I fell for it all much to my very great disappointment! Beware of this company!

Express Sunrooms was one of the most expensive quotes we received but they seemed like a trustworthy & reputable business. We decided to move forward and hire them for the job. After being told our job would take 2-3 days maximum, it ended up taking 22 days! I caught them using the wrong materials that wasn't agreed on in the original contract. While they did admit this mistake and correct the issue, it makes you wonder if this is common practice for them. The job site was left pretty nasty as times with materials everywhere. There is still metal shavings all over my backyard that nobody has come to clean up yet. At the end of the day, we are happy with the finished product but what an absolute headache it was to get us to this point. I would go with a different company if I had it to do all over again.

The cost was affordable compared to many bigger companies and Avelardo really knew what he was doing. He traced the main line from the valve to the source and only dug where he needed. All done in about 2 hours with drying time for the glue in the pvc pipes. Highly recommended. They do prefer text or messages since they might be on the job. Best advice is to stay flexible. Their response and scheduling time fluctuates and they are a small team working across the metro. Took me about 3 days for them to get back to me with intermittent messages and text but it worked out.
