These facilities are not really equipped for any level of treatment beyond cold/flu, strains/sprains, or anything requiring more than aspirin or ibuprofen. Much like a same day clinic but much more expensive. I went there to discuss fatigue, headache, muscle/joint pain. I was given an injection of Toradol (NSAID) and recommended to follow-up with PCP if symptoms persisted. Ended up in ER two days later from elevated glucose and lactic acidosis. Just be ready for a long wait UNLESS you make an appointment online.

Then I have to wait in the back to be seen, so that's another 20-30 mins and then to get discharged it's another 20-30 mins. Staff is nice, but why have a reservation if you still have to wait as if you are a walk-in. My name has been on the waiting list for the entire hour and now that I'm number 1, they have called 3 people that aren't on the list! Update: I was pulled back an hour and 10 mins after my scheduled appt! The screen where the waiting list shows doesn't accurately update, so no need to look at that! The lady in the front was rude and had no empathy for my time, called herself getting an attitude, but had she answered my first initial question correctly (which was, does that waiting list update correctly, because I have been number 1 for 45 mins and everyone is getting called before me! She said he was updating) and said no, that list needs to be fixed as it doesn't provide accurate info, I would have never had to go ask why I wasn't getting called again, for a second time! Another lady came and was professional, asked what was wrong, explained it correctly, and handled the situation correctly!

From start to finish, we truly felt like we were in the best hands possible. From the very first phone call--when I called to check if they had X-ray services for an emergency--the staff was kind, patient, and reassuring. I stayed home with our other son to avoid additional stress, so my husband went alone. And if you know, you know... sometimes men don't always relay medical information clearly . Despite that, the team did an amazing job explaining everything to him, giving clear options, and making sure he understood the situation. That alone made me feel comfortable and reassured from home, which meant everything to me as a mom. I was especially nervous about the entire process, but the compassion, communication, and professionalism of the entire staff eased so many of my fears. We feel very blessed and extremely thankful for everyone who helped us that day. Thank you so much to the entire team for such outstanding care.

I came during emergency room hours for an antibiotic resistant UTI in excruciating pain. The doctor genuinely seemed to have something against me from the start. I was placed in a hallway plastic chair where I sat for 1.5 hours before the doctor even spoke to me. Two different patients that had come into the waiting room after me were treated and discharged before I even saw the doctor. When she finally came over to speak with me, she was short, didn't listen, and would speak over me as I was trying to explain my situation and symptoms. She told me that "azo is available over the counter" when I asked for a pyridiam prescription. I was in tears because of how I felt completely mistreated and misunderstood. She then had to go get an HR lady in order to continue speaking with me because I was "raising my voice". I continued to explain my level of pain and how I fear this has progressed to a kidney infection. She basically told me I was out of luck until they get results from the culture back and that I just need to take advil and tylenol (which I had already maxed out on with no relief). I told her that this is just unacceptable and that I need relief because I can't sit, lay down, sleep, or do anything without being in immense pain. She said verbatim, this is an ER. I treat life or death emergencies. You need to see a specialist." I then explained my medical history AGAIN and how I have seen specialists. She literally said, "well then I don't know what to tell you but I did write you a prescription for pyridiam." After she walked away, three different staff members came up separately and apologized to me for her behavior. One of them slid me a business card for the patient relations representative and told me "please contact them about your experience". I will NEVER go here again. Heading to the hospital now to hopefully get some help.

Checked in, saw the sign for COVID symptoms & said "ALL OF THESE. I HAVE ALL OF THESE!" Taken to the back. Why does no one introduce themself? I don't care if you have a name tag on. Introduce yourself. Tell me who you are. Tell me what you are doing. So much is lost these days & I cannot wrap my head around this. It takes two seconds to introduce yourself. They of course needed to do blood pressure. It's not rational, to me, EVER, to do an automatic blood pressure machine when someone is coughing. The person cannot only 'NOT stay still but can't stay quiet. You know, that whole pesky coughing business. I'm legitimately unable to breathe with some of the coughing so this automated cuff is tightening to the point of pain & I can't feel my fingers. So, I ripped it off & said why. There was some argument that it was necessary & that another cuff could be placed on my forearm. No! What the hell? Why would you think there would be a different result? I said, you can do it manually or not at all. I'm not going to subject myself to additional pain & discomfort because you want to use an automated way. Ultimately, the manual method was done. Quick swab up the nose for COVID & flu test. COVID positive. Here is a prescription for anti-viral, (yep! I sure did require them), cough medicine, & inhaler. "Now, get our." LOL. Back the following Monday after anti-virals complete because of a cough that would not go away. Went in after 10 AM. Wildly different experience. Much longer wait time & a much saltier nurse/nurse assistant/technician. Honestly, I realize I have no idea what their position is, because again, she couldn't be bothered to tell me who she was. I believe her name may have been Courtney. I can't remember, I saw her name tag briefly, but again, she couldn't be bothered to introduce herself. She did the manual blood pressure, I suspect because of a note left from the previous person. Now, she didn't bother to support my arm & strangely enough I do have training in this area because once upon a time, I was a medical assistant. Supporting the arm can make a difference but it simply demonstrated her lack of indifference. Vitals done, "nurse practitioner will be in," & our the door. Waited for 10+ mins & walked out, said, "since I'm waiting, can I please get a COVID test?" I would have thought that would have been done automatically to confirm I was indeed COVID negative. This was apparently offensive to Courtney or whatever her name was because she came in, didn't wash her hands, put gloves on, shoved, yes shoved, very aggressively the swab into one nostril, striking maxilla because of how aggressive she was, & then left. Didn't swab both sides as had been done previously. Nurse practitioner came in. Diagnosed with whooping cough (pertussis), medicine prescribed, & out the door. I had to email several hours later asking for the COVID result because each time I looked it still said processing. This didn't make sense why in the week before the result was done in 10-15 mins but now was several hours. Finally, results done & COVID negative. Interesting how in less than a week, a review can change so drastically. The reality is patient care/bed side manner, customer service makes a huge difference. One person really can make a huge difference. If an organization is willing to hire or leave one employee with a negative attitude unchecked, then it begs the question of how many more & whats the mórale in the organization? I don't know the answers but what I know is, I don't appreciate having a nasal swab shoved aggressively into a nostril that it strikes bone, or that my arm wasn't supported during the blood pressure check. Most importantly, to me, the failure to identify & introduce yourself. It's such a simple thing. Why is it not being done??

Date of visit: Tuesday May 12,2026…read more I came to this ER in severe pain after several days of constipation caused by post‑surgery antibiotics. I was embarrassed and miserable, but the woman at the front desk was compassionate and made me feel safe. I wish the rest of the visit had matched her level of care. Despite explaining that I had already tried laxatives and a suppository at home, I was given the same treatments again, which did not help. Eventually, the staff decided to manually remove the stool. During that procedure, the provider performing it inserted his gloved hand into my vaginal area. This was the same glove being used for the extraction. I immediately reacted, and he quickly said he was "just checking," but it did not feel appropriate, explained, or medically justified. It left me feeling violated, disgusted, and extremely worried about infection. Afterward, I was handed wipes and left alone to clean myself. I left the ER feeling humiliated, shaken, and honestly traumatized. I've debated writing this review because it's personal and embarrassing, but what happened was not okay. Patients deserve dignity, clear communication, and boundaries -- especially during vulnerable procedures. I hope this review leads to better training and oversight. The front desk staff was excellent, but the clinical care I received was unacceptable.
