The staff is so sweet and welcoming. The office is clean. The restrooms are clean. They have lots of goodies(stickers-toys) for the kids. The nurses/doctor were so patient with my little one. I suspected an UTI and sure enough it was one. My little one did not want to give up a urine sample we were there waiting for her to pee for almost two hours, and they did not rush us or make us feel any type of way. We are from out of town, and they made this stressful matter so much easier. Definitely recommend this urgent care. read more

This is not an urgent care, it's a doctors office by appointment only. I went in with my 4 month old baby, without an appointment thinking this was an urgent care. My baby is screaming, nurses were peaking out to look at my screaming baby, all while shaking their heads. The secretary in the front tells me I need an appointment. I scan the QR code, click the last appointment that's not for an hour. However, as I am booking this appointment, another person online books the same time and they give it to the online person and tell me I can either be on stand by and wait in my car since my baby was screaming, or take him to the emergency room. They all looked at me, a scared new mom holding my screaming 4 month old with 102 fever and told me to leave. They didn't offer help, they didn't ask to assist. They told me to take my shit and go. Do not trust your child's life to these people. They clearly don't care. read more

Took my sick daughter here the nurse that dealt with us before the doctor came in wanted to get loud with me and argue in front of my daughter WHILE SHE WAS TAKING HER BLOOD PRESSURE! I was so mad. I told her we waited in the lobby unnecessarily because we were told we were checked in but apparently we weren't and she wanted to avoid responsibility and say she has nothing to do with that and got ridiculous on me about it. You do work for the hospital I'm at so regardless if it's your fault or not who else am I supposed to talk to about it? The baby was sleeping in the car and I walked in to see how long the wait would be and the fact that you have to wait inside the building with your child for a whole hour when i simply wanted to wait in the car with the baby. read more

We waited over an hour to see a NP, and another 20 min to get the discharge paper. The lady that checked us in asked what 24 hr pharmacy near them we wanted to use & said that the one on 59th ave is the closest, so she circled it on a paper. When I got to the pharmacy, they told me PC Urgent Care never sent the prescription there. I called to find out what was going on & the nurse said they would send it over, & they never did. When I called again, they were closed & the person who answered the phone said she would transfer me to the ER to have them send over the prescription, & the phone just rang. Terrible experience! My son has a double ear infection & he now has to wait until I can hopefully talk to someone tomorrow. Avoid this place if you can. read more

Our 3 year old has some nasty bug bites and quite a swollen arm because of it. We decided to try this urgent care for her and get there right when they opened. We took a number and they called my daughter back right away. They were all so very sweet with her, this visit was so easy. We were in and out within an hour. Urgent care late afternoons and GI children's specialist by day! Their allergist office is the same way. Not thrilled about that and the germ factor. that is just silly me. Bathrooms were clean, employees extremely professional and kind. Our girls saw Dr. Collyer. What a treat to see an actual doctor and not a PA. Though PAs are awesome... Scheduling was a a chore. Couldn't get an appointment for both girls together. So booked it wasn't and option. Couldn't bring a sibling as they just lifted requiring masks. I care for my mom full time so there goes our sitter. Other people we know are working. Called back a few weeks later after some referral issues for one of the girls and the policy changed again where we could bring siblings so it was perfect. Dr. C went above and beyond taking care of both girls so we didn't have to come back the following day. It may have just been the situation and time. She was such a good listener. I was full of symptom information, questions, and concern. I felt I may have been a bit overwelming, but she kept a smile the whole time. She listened, gave me helpful advice. PCH is recommended often being a research hospital. I am hoping we have better luck with GI than we did with allergy. She ordered a lot of labs. I have hope in seeing progress for our girls in the near future. read more

This is our Urgent care to go! We have taken my daughter here since she was a baby, she is now 6.yrs old. Our experience has always been great! Yes, sometimes they are busy and overwhelmed (especially during the Pandemic) but that is completely understandable. Physicians, P.A's , Medical Assistant, have all been great, they make sure to talk to your kid (if old enough) and explain what will happen I. Words kids can process and understand. We are from Chicago visiting and came here when my son was running a high fever. With a history of ear infections I thought I'd get him checked out. The registration lady was really nice and the place was clean but that's the only good thing I have to say about this place. The nurse was really rude to me and the doctor was really short and bad mouthed my doctor back home saying my son probably never had ear infections and that my doctor probably didn't know how to check for ear infections. I was taken aback. He didn't even know who my pediatrician is so it was kind of out of left field. I've never been to a children's hospital or pediatrician that wasn't nice. They barely talked to my son and were awful towards me. They weren't busy at all so not sure why they were so mean. I definitely plan to make a formal complaint. Avoid this place parents! This whole visit made me uncomfortable. I hope we never get sick when visiting again but if we do I'll definitely be more careful about where I take my 4 year old read more

Amazing doctor and staff!! My son has autism and does not handle doctors well at all. They were already treating him with such patience and gentleness but after telling them about his autism they asked how they can make this experience easier for him. What a relief to hear people care!! I told them he was just going to scream and fight them on everything and they said not a problem and handle it so professionally and delicately. Brought my brother here. If you need an urgent care this place is great. They are pretty quick. Also if you need an x-ray they have a machine to do one for you. Some doctors work at the main pch as well. It's not open 24/7. They do close at 11pm. read more

Never ever ever take an infant here! This was the worst experience of my life without exception. These incompetent useless people tortured my 3 day old daughter for about 12 hours. We went in because she was not eating well and she was a little jaundice and we wanted to make sure that the jaundice was not getting worse and needed light therapy. They started by having us stand in line with a bunch of sick people and have her vitals checked like we were coming in on Ellis Island. They then treated her so rough when taking her vitals she was screaming. They then had us wait in the lobby where usually they get infants back because of low immunity, I took her outside to wait. Then they called us back, set an IV and tried to draw from a newborns arm, WHICH COULD SERIOUSLY HARM HER! We tried to tell them but they would not listen and said that "oh we are able to". They must have tried six times, manipulating blood messes with potassium and other things so when they finally gave up and pricked her foot, they found that potassium was off, and said she does not have jaundice. They then started to run test after test all the while giving this little girl nothing, not even suger water for the pain. Things are going the right way now that she got formula, but they keep wanting to run test. The nurse even said "oh looks like she just had a bad day eating" This doctor comes in and said she is worried about meningitis and genetic defects after about 9 hours of being there and they stressed this girl out and messed with her blood. They wanted to do a SPINAL TAP! even though literally everything that was going on with her blood work could be explained by eating to little and all the stuff they were doing to her. Its like this was someone off the street and was looking stuff up things on WebMD and was testing every possible cause. There was no concern for the invasiveness of the procedure, deductive reasoning that if every symptoms is related to one cause, no concern for my daughters comfort or my wives comfort who just had a baby three days ago. She started lecturing my wife how she needs to be selfless for our daughter and telling us several times that babies need to eat. Duh! Why do you think we are here.They literally told us that pumping breast milk should be painful! I asked about leaving and signing an AMA because this is horrible and they said they would call CPS on us. We said we need to go somewhere else with compotent people and we will not stay there, they were not touching her anymore. So we got a transfer to a Banner University, the doctor at this hell hole told us "oh they are going to do the same thing there" we get to Banner, the doctor immediately says "oh seems like she did not eat well for a day" and says "all the blood work is fine" we will just monitor her.Turns out she was jaundice which was making her tired and not eating enough. All the nurses at Banner were shocked that they tried to draw blood from the IV and did not do anything to control her pain. They were so good at Banner University, they ran a culture for possible infection not a spinal tap. Surprise Surprise literally everything we told the staff and Phoenix Children was correct, she was a little jaundice and causing trouble eating. We got her sunlight and a little formula before my wife's milk came in and she is fine. Absolutely nothing wrong with her. read more

Woman at the front desk wasn't very friendly and it wasn't a good first impression with this office but everyone else was great! We were there for 5 hours because there was only one doctor but they made it bearable. We had to get an x ray of my sons leg and he was scared and screaming but the woman who did it was so patient and kind. The tech that took us back was so good with my son and the nurses/PA that worked with us were knowledgeable, thorough and great. The tech that did my sons splint was sweet and patient as well. Overall great experience and I would go again. I'm not sure if the woman at the front desk was just having a bad day or what but that's my only complaint. read more

I was here around 7pm and the longest anyone waited was an hour. I waited maybe 45 minutes. The waiting area was clean, no TVs were on. The front desk lady was fast and input all the info and printed and had me confirm and sign. The doctor we seen was awesome! For got the name but he was knowledgeable and cared to hear my daughter when she told him what hurt and when it does. It was cute.. I'm glad I came here instead of a regular urgent care! And uncomfortably rude, Will not be returning to this urgent care, not to mention one of the front desk people is clearly sick, oh but I have to leave the building can't even sit in the waiting room for them to get done, they told me if I didn't leave the building that we were going to get pushed back or some sort of something basically threatening me if I don't leave the building they aren't going to see my daughter. My kid really struggles with a throat swab...so we were pleasantly surprised when Michael was patient and quick. He explained the procedure, went step by step, and allowed my son to even feel the swab with his hands prior to the actual strep swab. Great Job!!! We will return. read more

TERRIBLE RUDE staff!!! I will NEVER visit this location again. I arrived at 4:45pm. We were taken to a room around 5:10pm the front desk lady wasn't rude but she definitely wasn't pleasant. We sat in a room from 5:10 until 7pm. They took my child for an X-ray, then we waited another hour! The doctor came in and said she didn't have a brake so we stood up so we could leave.. we were sick of being there. She asked if I wanted the discharge papers, I said yes. She told us one second and the nurse would bring them. The nurse came (my daughter and I were standing by the door so we could leave) and the nurse in a very annoyed way said "you guys are just being antsy" HELL no we aren't. There was only ONE person ahead of us to be seen. Why we had to sit in a room for 3 hours is insane!! We were not antsy, we sat for 3 hours.. all while we could hear you talking about your weekend plans in the hallway. Your staff SUCKS!! Our doctor was C. Conrad, she was fine but whatever woman nurse was working is the worst. 4:45-7:45pm CRAZY!! The office was not even busy. read more

Went here, thankfully, after being turned away at Nexcare Urgent Care Because they were about to close, unreal. My 11 year old daughter was having an allergic reaction to something, her top lip was huge and getting bigger, we were in and out in 1 hour. ... I've been here twice now and each time has been an amazing experience. After the first time, I raved about it on FB and has friends tell me what a bad experience they had here. I told them to try again because I have not been let down. We came in for our 4 month old with a nasty cough, and for our 2.5 year old with Nursemaid's elbow. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the front desk and had delightful conversations. Our wait time was MINIMAL.. so much less than the regular urgent care I go to.. and the nurses and doctors have been truly amazing. If it wasn't so expensive through my insurance to use urgent care, I would wish I could use them as my PCP!! The best part, to my 2.5 year old, is she for a coloring book after she was done. PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW: **We are an uninsured, self-pay (cash-pay) family. Arrival Time - 7:20pm We arrived with a small child who presented with a small, fresh 1/4 inch laceration to the forehead and were promptly seen, treated, and out the door within 40mins. The sweetest front desk lady with a ready, genuine smile and nurses eager to help and get us on our way. The MD was great! He explained the treatment (surgical glue) and answered all the questions that came up. This facility gets a +5/5 SOLID STARS for promptness; genuine empathy/concern; kindness; adequate treatment (resolving the issue); and, cleanliness. **It isn't fair to judge this facility based on what insurance they take versus not take. We paid out-of-pocket ($275.00) and despite this cost, which is way less than the same visit and treatment at an ER, the care was EXCELLENT! No wait time and super-friendly staff/nurses/MD. So pleased. Hopefully, we won't need to go back but if we run into another typical injury - NOT REQUIRING ER CARE - we will DEFINITELY be back! Discharge Time - 8:00pm -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: A few weeks later, the actual bill arrived to a tune of about $1000.00... ...as in, ONE-THOUSAND-US-DOLLAR-BILLS...for surgical glue application to forehead laceration by MD. I was not aware that I would need to pay more since for our issue, $275.00 was the stated self-pay fee which was charged at the door on our way in. The cost for service was extreme and makes a mockery of families like mine who are uninsured through our professions, as well as unable to afford the $1900/month Obamacare premium. Because of *UNREASONABLY HIGH* charges, we will never return to this facility. read more
