I took my 12-year-old daughter there last year on her birthday to get her nose pierced. They said they couldn't do it until she turned 13. OK fine no problem. Well today she's 13 and a week ago We made an appointment for today.. After 35 minutes of waiting and no one showed up we left, my daughter was upset again! We left messages on the number that we had, no callback not even a message. So anyone that treats customers like this, I cannot recommend.. Highly unprofessional! read more

This is a great shop. I went in on a whim for a tattoo and Dave M squeezed me into the schedule. I got sick getting tattooed because I hadn't eaten for some time before getting inked. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!! whoever the piercer was (very rude man) MISPLACED my tongue piercing and gave me the wrong directions on how to clean my piercing. i did not know this until i went with my friend to get a tattoo the next day and i talked to THEIR piercer about the redness underneath my tongue. he said it was one of the WORST placed tongue piercings he'd ever seen. not only were they rude but he does not know how to pierce either. i don't recommend this place for anyone. read more

Had my first tattoo done here a few years back. I was charged $100 dollars for two lines of script on my arm. Six words, about an inch tall and less than four inches side to side. In other words, a fairly small tattoo that should have cost a lot less. All I had done was black lettering, nothing fancy. It looked like it was drawn on with pencil. The artist did not press hard enough and the tattoo was way too light. Had to have it completely filled in again after that to actually look like there was something there. It came out looking like a crappy stick and poke. read more

Got my first piercing here for my 18th birthday today & I could not have asked for a better experience! First off, I got $10 off because it's my birthday which is awesome. Then I had the most amazing piercer ever. Her name was Jess & she made the experience. She explained everything in detail to me, showed me all of the equipment she was using and how she would use it. Then she took the time to help calm my nerves before the piercing which was much appreciated. So then she did the piercing & she put the needle through & gave me a minute to process. Then hooked my jewelry in and I was all done. I started to feel lightheaded when we were talking and she had me lay down and got me water while explaining the after care. I gave her her tip & a hug and I was on my way. Overall an amazing experience and I would recommend going to her & I will definitely get pierced by her again! read more

So I walked in to this shop and there was an artist in the front that didnt even speak when I walked in. He ignored me, went to the back and then a woman, Came to the front to talk to me. I asked her if there was anyone available to do a small tattoo. The same rude person from the front that didnt greet me reappeared to ask me what I wanted to have done. I pulled out a piece of paper with my husband's handwriting on it. Mind you, we have been married I have 2 tattoos already of his name. The man with a demon-gargoyle-skull tattoo on HIS NECK proceeded to tell me he wouldn't do my tattoo because he has done so many name cover ups. I showed him my other tattoos( just to prove a point) in which he says I'm not going to be able to convince him to do it regardless. I would have NEVER let him tattoo it even if I could have convinced him. He was extremely rude and the last thing he said was "I'm not going to tattoo something so bold on you" says the guy with the demon-gargoyle-skull combo as big as freaking day on his neck. The looks I was given while he spoke down to me as if he was my father were extremely disrespectful. To be a shop called "express yourself" but you wont let people "Express"themselves is insane. I should've asked him for the name of the artist that did the monstrosity on his neck, I bet he wouldve done my tattoo in a heartbeat. I went elsewhere and got the tattoo done. Today I got there around 1pm and the sign said that they opened at one. So my friend and I waited patiently until they unlock the door. Then 10 minutes went by and nobody was answering so we are still waiting. While waiting we heard a lady behind the door saying that she has shit to do and we can wait. The lady also said don't we know how to read the sign. I am usually a frequent customer there but I will never go back to this location due to the disrespect. They could've came out and told us that they open at two today instead of talked about us behind the door. If I was able to see her I would know exactly who said it because I recognize the voice you to me coming here all the time. I will be calling Monday to talk to the manager about her lovely employees and the fact that they lost a returning customer and I will be telling all my friends as well. read more

I've gotten two piercings here. Both of which have gotten infected. I got an industrial piercing here. I soaked with warm salt water and tea bags every night and still was infected for months. It never healed when i got it pierced and i eventually took it out and it left awful keloid scars on my ear. I also got my nose pierced here and it was very painful and slow to heal as well. I took that out and went to cowpok, which i highly recommend. It may cost more but it is totally worth it. Unfortunately i could not get my industrial repierced because the scarring was so bad. My mother also has tattoos from here and they are shaky and look like they were done at a trap house. Definitely do not recommend. read more
