If you don't believe me, please look at my before and after picture! I waltzed into this salon desperately in need of some brow TLC; they had become overgrown and beyond the scope of tweezer repair. Little did I know that my brows were overplucked, misshapen, and crooked. This is the biggest reason you should go here: I never would have realized, nor corrected, these issues without them! Femina and her sister, Rashmi, were kind but not dishonest. They pointed out these issues and walked me through every step of fixing them. Two months of awkward brow growth was worth the fantastic results. Today, my eyebrows truly are MY signature. Those who know me jokingly call me the "Queen of Brows" and I receive more compliments on my eyebrows than anything else. If you're considering trying it, then go for it! And the tint is the perfect color. She took her time, and was very kind. I truthfully recommend eyebrow services at this Ulta location. Jennifer did my first ever wax and tint at Ulta in November. She is a wonderful gal with a great attitude and wonderful sense of humor. We had a great chat, and she gave me beautiful, even and perfectly shaded brows. Thank you, girls. I replied I've already done this. She replied back and said this is something different. This is an intake form so I completed it to replied back to her and said this is now complete. Mind you my appointment is at 1:30 this same day. She then sends me a message telling me that my form of communication is not allowed and she is canceling my appointment. Somehow my two sentences saying I've already done this and then saying this is now complete. Are somehow words that aren't allowed to be used. Was she upset that I didn't get up and gravel at her feet at 8:30 in the morning from a message about eyebrows marked urgent??! Extremely unprofessional also an aesthetician should not be asking you what kind of medication you're on because guess what they're not bound by HIPAA. I would say that it may not work for everyone (sometimes wax fits better depending on the type of eyebrows you got) I'm a regular at their other location but this lady was even better here I felt like so I am compelled to commend her. Sunday after having limited vision for 12 hours I finally went to the emergency room. After a series of tests I was made aware that I contracted a severe eye infection and corneal abrasion. To make matters worst the salon refused to remove the lashes so I had to take that into my own hands. Upon calling the clerk of courts, college station chamber of commerce, and the Post oak Mall General Manager I have not been successful obtaining the contact information for the owner and the staff has refused to refund. I urge others not to receive services at this salon. They do not practice proper hygiene, safety protocols, or customer service!! If anyone knows the owners name please post it here! Thanks.

She was very attentive to my areas that needed extra work and was very knowledgeable about my health issues. The little things made a difference too...like the small pillow she placed under my neck/chin to take the pressure off of my chest where I had recently had surgery. The eucalyptus oils also enhanced the experience. The review would be 5 stars except the massage rooms are located inside of a retail store so there is not a relaxation room. We also waited 10 minutes past our appointment time but they did add it on to ensure we got the entire 2 hours. Overall, I would recommend it and definitely Haley!
