In the comment, the owner stated what he deems as the net value of the flowers they delivered, absent a good-faith effort to resolve the matter by offering a credit for the difference, or a future arrangement. To do so would be to operate in a manner which is consistent with best practices and doing what is just for their customers.

The manager was nice enough, but should have offered something given the customer and what I paid and what is expected at that cost.
