They were very kind and let me know I was next. Lily ended up helping me, and she was amazing. She was so attentive and apologetic about the wait, even though it was really my own time crunch. She took her time and paid so much attention to detail with my nails. She checked in with me throughout the entire service, making sure I was comfortable and that the water temperature was just right. The salon itself is absolutely spectacular and spotless. The atmosphere is relaxing, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I especially loved the pedicure chair, which gave a 30-minute shiatsu massage during my service--pure heaven. All the technicians were smiling and engaging with their clients, and you could feel the positive energy in the room.
