I have been to a few different car wahes in the area, and I keep going back to Expresso Car Wash locations. I usually go with the "works plus" as my vehicle is parked outside in the elements at work and at home. Depending on who is working at the various Expresso Car Wash locations, I always ask to ensure bugs are taken care of; the wheels; back window of the cab; and tailgate get some attention. There are a few of the staff members who are very good and others not so good at honoring this request. Value & Quality of services rendered varies with each visit, wished there was a way to have all staff members perform at same level like going to a your favorite fast food establishment - you get the same product regardless of which location you go to. Still a good car wash. With all the new ones popping up all over I still like Expresso. The extra service like power washing my running boards and wheels and scrubbing the back side and windshield with a brush is a great touch previously taken for granted. Then topped off by towel drying can't be beat. Besides the cost is a couple dollars less than those new ones. read more

On Friday 23, 2024 I stopped to get my car washed and vacuum. This was my first time at this establishment. Somehow I locked my car. I asked a young man if he could help me. There were no tools available, I told him I belonged to AAA and he offered to call (all my things were locked in the car). When we got through to AAA I gave them all my information, I was told it would be about two hours and would update me on txts through the young man's phone. The staff was wonderful, they gave me water, let me sit the office area until AAA came. The goofy thing is that AAA went to my house instead of the car wash, so they had to put in a new order. I have been taking my car there for over 10 years for oil changes and car washes. The last time I visited I was treated so horribly that I will never return and neither will any of my family members or friends. I was on my way home from a trip to Columbus and my oil change was way past due. I wasn't paying any attention to what time it was, just that I needed to get it done on my way home. I pulled up to the open door and the guys were all sitting on the opposite side smoking. As soon as they saw me, they all made angry faces, and started kicking buckets around. One guy came to the door and kicked the orange cone out of the way so I could drive in and it was obvious he was extremely angry. I pulled in and the guy in charge asked me what I needed and I said never mind, its obvious you don't want my business. And I left. Apparently it was 5 minutes before close and they don't appreciate business when it's quitting time! I went next door and the guys there were over the top nice to me and I have told everyone I know to go there instead. read more

Expresso changed my oil yesterday and when I left within a half a mile of the location my car started to smoke and it turned off at the light I started it again an moved to parking lot. I called Triple A and they towed car to dealer. Dealer called and said they never drained the oil and overflowed it and and it got all over the motor. It cost me 200.00 to get this repaired. And they also didn't reattach the belly pan cover it was just flopping If you were smart you would never go there they are crooks. read more

They do a great job here and the employees are usually nice. Although the car washes are pricey, most come with a 48-72 hour clean car guarantee. I love to run my car through a second time! Before you leave after your original wash, double check that your license plate is correct. I had an incident recently where they had printed the wrong license plate on the receipt. read more

Expresso car wash changed my oil as usual, and left the oil filter loose and ruined my engine. I was just told by phone on this Saturday, that they will not cover it. Claimed I could not prove that loosing engine oil will damage my engine. I have a pretty tight case with records, and even a written declaration from the employee that the filter was one full turn loose and I was low on oil. I also have another shop stating on the record that there is damage and likely caused from oil starvation and Expresso car wash has a copy. The preponderance of evidence is on my side. I have receipts for most all previous repairs to take care of my truck also including the professional installation of a 22,000 mile engine a couple years ago with no problems till now. Engine has about 60,000 miles on it. They absolutely caused the damage on my low miles engine. read more
