I was getting some things at Menards and decided to give ModWash a try. On my way up to the pay station, I saw a bug wash area. They have several car wash options available. I was handed a car freshener, so I am not sure if that is something ModWash does for every wash selected. Nice touch. The main wash roller even got the back of the cab of my truck as well as the tailgate = yay! Once the wash is done, you have the option of leaving or taking advantage of free vacuum stations as well as an air hose to blow water out of any areas unreachable by hand. There is also a cart full of microfiber towels and window wash solution. To complete the interior of your vehicle. I have had nothing but great experiences each time I visit. I agree with previous reviews that the car doesn't get very clean on the back, but the cleaning cart makes up for that. On some days I've had attendants even assist me with drying my car! read more

Watch these thieves. I was told I was purchasing one month of service last February. I missed the fact that they billed me March, April, May, June and July. When I called them, they would only refund two months. Stay away!!! read more

Quality sucks wash left black spots on my truck and scratched the paint spent $30 for a car wash to leave that on my truck and it didn't even get on the back of my hood and they said "we had to adjust the hight of the washers" I've never heard of that so why should I pay $30 for a car wash that won't accommodate to my vehicle unfortunately Anthony Wayne car wash and the Village auto spa are the best in town on my list unfortunately I will not be back due to "sorry we can't give you a rewash or a refund" really sucks I've worked at a car wash and if the cars were still dirty we would send them back through and guess what that's where you get the loyalty of your customer because it shows you care for their daily drivers so I would say fix your machines it only took you 6 months to finally open and well charging $30 won't bring you much business if your sole purpose is a car wash and the cars come out dirty and won't show a care in the world for your customers that's not hospitality at all no thanks!!! They make it very hard to cancel any monthly membership with them. Went to the location to cancel and they stated "sorry we're no longer able to cancel memberships at our locations you must call this number or email. Emailed multiple times and never got a response. Called the number and was on hold for forever multiples times and call just ended after a while. Finally got ahold of them on phone and they said they canceled my membership but wouldn't back date my request from my original email (5 days before next months billing cycle) Representative on the line was rude. read more

Been there 3 times at different times of the day and they are never open. website says they open but there's always cones in the entrance.
