Absolutely the worst! Left streaks all over my car, went back for a re wash and said they don't do that after I got in the car wash, so I had to pay for another wash because of the cars in back of me! The men who wipe down my car the first time were rude! And then that's when I discovered they used dirty towels on my car and left it all streaky! Expresso Car Wash 0 stars. My issue with this company is, I got a scratch on my car that could only have happened if I was driving sideways or someone scratched it with their jacket zipper or rivet as the scratch is from the side and not straight, from the front like a rock on the road would do. I filled out an incident report and was told I would be contacted in a couple days which I wasn't. After 5 or 6 calls, leaving messages I emailed them with an estimate for repair which they also "never received". Finally I filed a report with the BBB in which they said to have their GM look at it and he said they would contact me in a couple days. i waited for the expected response (again) and realized I never responded to my claim in the 10 days allotted, missing it by one day. I am cancelling my car wash membership Monday and also contacting my insurance company hoping they will chase these people with better luck than i had. I would suggest not doing business with them if this is how they treat a customer of 20 some years, they don't need my business. read more

I went for the platinum detailing package. Good: the guys were friendly and the work was done within 4 hours as promised. They did an overall decent job on the interior and at removing most of the easily visible scratches. Bad: their attention to detail (pun intended) could improve. The inside of my windshield had residual streak from the interior protectant. The wheels had dirty spots. Finally, the middle part of my front fascia was still completely dirty and it seemed like they did not buff and/or wax it at all. read more

Their car wash scratched the paint on the side of my car costing me $400 to get repaired and it took them a week to tell me they are not going to help me. Would not recommend never going here again they don't take ownership for their actions read more

Unlike other car wash places, when I go through here, my car is actually completely clean when I come out! I've been to several other places and have had dried stuff on my car left on, even by another places "best wash". My car doesn't go mud bogging or anything like that!!! Don't get that idea. I'm talking bird and berries leftovers. I don't have to pay for their most expensive wash here to get my car actually clean. read more

Never go here ever for an oil change!! They stripped my drain plug and gave me an oil leak. Then next day I had to get some unrelated work done on my car and I was informed I had an oil leak and was down 3 quarts. Had to get a new plug and another oil change. When I complained to the manager he asked me to come to the store and made me wait behind the line of 3 cars waiting to get oil changes. After waiting a half an hour he tells me oh there is nothing they can do and they won't take responsibility for it. Horrible customer service and I will NEVER go there again. read more

I come here for oil changes. The guys are fast, friendly, and honest. I never feel like they are trying to pull one over on me like some other car places. All in all, every experience I've had here has been a positive one. Oh, and it's cheap! read more

Detail shop did a terrible job on the exterior of my Ford Fusion. Two cars detailed and both had to go back. Staff didn't appear to care about customer satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend the shop on Reynolds or on Illinois. read more

Do not go here!! Had a detail in June and as soon as we got it home our DVD player and TV screens wouldn't work. I was told BY THEM they probably sprayed something into it and they would send someone out. Weeks later a random man they call "Radio Dave" showed up at my house and explained he had no experience with the system I had, but would do research. Again, weeks later, I called Quinn and left a VM. No response, but eventually he did contact me to take it to Yark dealership to have it looked at because they have an account there. I called Yark to schedule and they said they had no record of an account with Expresso. I emailed Quinn to tell him and he responds stating he has spoken with his GM and they now don't think they had anything to do with this and want MY insurance company to come assess. It's now OCTOBER and all of the sudden they don't think it's their fault. Beware. Do not go here! They messed up some very expensive electronics in my car, dragged me around for months and now don't want to fix their mistake. read more

Wow staff is nice but my car was dirtier when I left I didn't realize it till I parked my car the back of my car is horrible. This is the one on Monroe street had the 15 dollar wash what a joke does not include vacuum or anything towel wipe with filthy towels is what I got. Groupon has the platinum detail for $125 which is regularly $250. Supposed to take 3 or 4 hours and do all this great stuff. Dropped car off at 12:10pm and they called at 1:38pm that they were done. Of course it was a lousy rush job. Called to complain and give them a chance. Well no deal and a waste of my $125. read more

Had my car detailed last weekend here. Later that night I found my floor mats in my trunk soaking wet and frozen together. When I took my jeans off that night I had oil spots on the backside of my jeans. Mud flaps on my car still had mud on them also. Would not ever pay that much for this kind of service. read more
